De kamer zag er ronduit smerig uit. Vlekken op tapijt en muren, een bureaublad dat beschadigd was, airco functioneerde niet (werd later gedeeltelijk opgelost) in een kamer die bloedheet was (wij waren er in oktober) door een opgeschroefde verwarming en als klap op de vuurpijl werden we iedere ochtend om 8.30 opgeschrikt door een drilboor vanwege werkzaamheden in het hotel. Het enige positieve was een perfecte Wifi. Dit hotel wordt aangeboden als 4 sterren. Wat ons betreft nog geen 2 sterren waard.

was ooit een 4* hotel. Volledig uitgeleefd, heel veel vlekken op alle tapijten (lobby, gang, kamer). De temperatuur in de gang is een sauna waardig. Alle geverfde oppervlakken hadden beschadigingen. Gebarsten vloertegels in de badkamer. Bij aankomst was niet het minimale keukengerei aanwezig. Slechts 1 nachtkastje geen tafel. De staf is onderbezet, zeker bij het onthaal(meermaals niemand aanwezig) Nochtans het potentieel is er : grote kamer, badkamer en dressing en een goed bed.

Het eerste appartement was meer dan 30° en koeling werkte niet. Er werd een nieuw appartement gegeven dat iets beter was. Er was voldoende ruimte, goede bedden, een basis uitrusting met ingebouwde keuken (zonder handdoeken). De handdoeken op de badkamer werden niet ververst en wij moesten erom vragen. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Wij vonden geen goed restaurants in de buurt.

Bedden waren zacht. Maar voor de rest was het hotel erg goed. Parkeren was ook goed geregeld. Mooi park in de buurt en openbaar vervoer dichtbij.

Gezinsvriendelijk dicht bij Victoria station.
Ideaal voor gezin. Eigen keukentje. Badkamer voorzien van bad en extra douche. Groot park met dierentuin op 300 mrt. Station op 500 mrt. buckingham palace op 3 km. Buurtsuper op 100 mrt. Van alle gemakken voorzien dus. Geen restaurant inpandig wel voldoende in de buurt aanwezig. Voor ons een toplocatie die wij zeker aanbevelen.

Price/quality is excellent. The 10min busride to Victoria Station at 20m of the hotel is perfect. Buses run frequently. The modern nice room is very very spacious and has a small hide away kitchen. Walk in shower with good water temperature/flow. Parking in front of hotel was free but has also paid parking inside. By far the best deal on our 2week UK trip. Highly recommand it to families/couples or even business trip.

Prima hotel, we hadden een grote vierpersoons gezinskamer met kitchenette. Adequate ontvangst. Door onszelf veroorzaakt technisch probleem op de kamer werd goed opgelost. Goed bereikbaar met de bus die om de paar minuten voor de deur stopt. Dichtbij het mooie Battersea Park. Supermarkt, pub, verschillende takeaways vlakbij. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug want de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is prima.

Geen Metro wel veel buslijnen
De kamers zijn netjes, schoon en voorzien van groot flatscreen en gratis Wifi. Neem geen kamer aan de straatzijde vanwege de herrie van het verkeer, de pub en het lossen en laden. En anders oordoppen meenemen. De kitchenette is sober ingericht, maar praktisch. De badkamer is ruim en fraai. De Metro is niet in de buurt maar de meeste buslijnen zijn dichtbij. Kleine winkeltjes, eetgelegenheden en een Tesco zijn binnen loopafstand. Op vijf minuten lopen ben je in het Battersea Park en loop je langs de oevers van de Theems.

I recently booked a three-day stay for my family at Axiom Park Hotel through Expedia. However, upon arrival, we were greeted with the shocking news that our reservation had been canceled. Despite assuring the receptionist that I hadn't initiated any cancellation, they seemed convinced otherwise and provided little explanation for the mix-up. To add to the confusion, my booking still appeared as "BOOKED" on the Expedia website, and I continued to receive reminders from Expedia about our upcoming visit. The receptionist showed me a printout of email communication with Expedia regarding a cancellation, but it lacked crucial details such as names, dates of reservation, and the booking number didn't match mine. There was a handwritten note instructing to "call the guest at 2 PM," but I never received any such call. This experience was not only stressful but also incredibly disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of clarity and accountability from the hotel staff, especially when we were left without accommodation for our planned stay. I urge Axiom Park Hotel to improve their communication and customer service to prevent such misunderstandings in the future. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I hope it can be rectified promptly.

unos estafadores... te ponen unas fotos de un apartamentazo con una cocina inmensa cama king etc y cuando llegas te meten en el sótano (seguro que no tienen licencia de habitabilidad) y no tiene ventanas únicamente una foto de un bosque de engañabobos. El baño tenía un olor a tuberia/hospital insoportable

Maybe we were unlucky, but we paid £150 for a room which in the basement, bed jammed over against one wall, fittings (like taps) which threatened to fall off at any time and a wet room shower which made every other room wet too.

Our stay didn’t start well, our allocated room had a leak and so part of the ceiling was coming in. Reception did sort a new room quickly but we appeared to be downgraded to the basement. The basement smells of raw sewage, this gets worse as the day goes on. The bed linen was dirty, towels very basic quality, very tired room, bathroom unclean. Do not stay at this hotel, pay a little more and go elsewhere. When we went to reception with these issues, they didn’t seem to care or take anything on board. Other reviews say the same. Keep away

Beyond me how they expected this room to be used
The room is decent and looked nice enough and tidy and clean. However .... forst niticed bathroom sink water did not drain away, after struging decided to look myselfn 10 minutes later and fistfull of clogged hair (ewww) had water draining from the sink, there is no way they could not know when cleaning sink. Next up, the shower awas scoldingbhot, did not adjust to lower temperature, had to go to an evening event so no yome to get repaired, so was a dive in and out a few repeated times best I could to wash with a few screams (was scolding). Next up had a TV but no remote, went downstairs to ask for one, this was quute quick in being sorted. Come the morning microwave does not work but worst still kettle did not work so no coffee 😪😪 was thank ful to leave and go have a nice coffee somewhere. Any basic check carroed out of room would have surely picked up.most or these issues, so beyond me how they sell the room in that condition and not cheap either.

The property is beautiful and amazing. I only rated it a 3 because the guest urgently had to travel after a night’s stay but the hotel wouldn’t agree to refund the additional booked night. That was sad as the cancellation and refund was requested in less than an hour of making the booking though it was non refundable. Expedia tried speaking with the hotel but they didn’t want to consider their decision. The guest finally had to leave and loose the money. Overall Isaac’s stay was good.

Easy and comfortable place to stay
Axiom is great place to stay when it comes to location and comfort. If you are out the majority of the day and not looking for a four-star hotel, Axiom gives you want you need. Great hot showers, good customer service, places nearby to eat and transportation is great from this location. I would stay there again.

We booked two rooms. We had to change one when we got there because the air conditioning was not working which without a window made it unbearable. The rom we swapped it fir was still very hot. The other roon had a shower where the water was boiling hot and could not be adjusted

It is a complete scam, they show nice pictures in the travel portals but when you arrive the rooms are completely different. The AC does not work from your room and only they control it from the front desk, which in the summer time the hotel is like a sauna. They also charge you a deposit at the front desk which is going back to your account apparently in 5 to 7 days, we will see about that.

Lots of positives, but some downsides
The hotel was in an excellent location, a stones throw from Battersea Park, and conveniently located near buses and trains. Our room was huge and accommodated pur family of four easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a strange feel to it, however. It appeared to have undergone a renovation, with nice, modern decor, however there was damage/un-renovated parts throughout. For example, our bathroom was modern, however the toilet seat was broken (still useable), there were patched and unpatched holes in the walls and celings, the fixtures were new, but poor quality/not working 100%. Our room was grubby (e.g. walls were marked, floor was dusty and there were little hairs on the towels. The hotel has great potential if renovations were completed and cleanliness was enhanced. Additional facilities such as wifi in the rooms (rather than solely in the lobby), hairdryers in the room would be welcome additions.
