Nice, but...
NIce rooms, small and a bit noisy. Downside was the limited breakfast availability. We forgot to book ahead, and no space available anymore on Saturday and Sunday... Overall decent value for money!

Great location and nice hotel. Only missing a star because there are no outlets by the bed so I could not use my medically required CPAP machine while I sleep. When I asked for an extension cord, they did not have any. Otherwise, a lovely hotel. Easy walking distance from Paddington.

We were very impressed by this hotel. Carmen gave us a very warm welcome and seemed to really care about the hotel guests. All other staff were also very kind and considerate. Rooms were a nice size, clean and had a nice supply of towels. Location is handy for Paddington and Hyde Park (although Bayswater was a handy nearby station to go to). A nice touch was the birthday greetings, cake and decorations left in the room for my mother's birthday, which was much appreciated. Looking forward to returning to this hotel. A lovely stay
My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. It's hard to relax in the shower when you're conscious of potentially flooding the place. A liquid soap dispenser (like the one in the shower) at the handbasin, rather than a small and slippery piece of soap, would also work well. White Company toiletries were delightful! I highly recommend this hotel, it's a real find in central London.

The biggest issue we had with this hotel was the location of our room. While the room itself was well appointed and a good size it was located off the lounge area next to public washrooms and the kitchen/employee entrance, making it a VERY noisy/high traffic area. We found it particularly noisy starting at 5:30 am. To the credit of the staff they found us a different room for our next night, however it was incredibly small. I had to place my suitcase on the floor in front of the door and step over to get to the bathroom as there was no where to put it. I wanted so much to give this place a good review because it’s a very quaint hotel with lovely staff and a great location but the room situation could not be overlooked. Considering the cost I was expecting better.

Siamo stati a Novembre 2023 (3 notti), la zona dell’hotel è una delle migliori sotto il punto di vista comodità/mezzi/ristoro. L’hotel si presentava come tanti altri lì in zona, molto simili fra loro a prima vista al di fuori, dentro un cordialissimo staff ci ha accolti e per qualsiasi cosa ci ha sempre ascoltato senza problemi, personale poliglotta, sicuramente un plus in più. Camere caldissime ed accoglienti anche se forse un po’ piccoline, o per lo meno la nostra. In anni di visite a Londra ad oggi uno dei migliori hotel dove ho pernottato!

Beautiful small hotel, mosaics from the 5th century on the walls, hardwood floors in the rooms -- truly charming. And so incredibly close to Hyde Park, and specifically about 5 minutes walk to the Italian Gardens. I liked it so much I cancelled the hotel reservation I had somewhere else for my next trip to London, and rebooked at this hotel.

Pleasant spot in central London
The Caesar is an elegant-feeling hotel in a pleasant, central part of London. The desk staff were outstanding--friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed Anna, but everyone at the desk was great, and I simply can't remember the others' names. Our room itself--a standard double, I believe--was quite small, with little room to maneuver around the bed or store luggage and clothing, and no refrigerator. (However the staff allowed us to keep food in their refrigerator, which was very nice.) There was construction going on immediately next door to our room, which made quite a bit of noise during the day. Overall, I recommend the Caesar and would stay there again, but it is a bit pricey given these limitations.
