Thank you for your review, and stay with us. I am sorry to learn of these issues, your stay which was back in June 2022 so difficult to remember all. We do not allow smoking in any of our apartments, we ensure to eliminate any smells if anyone ever does but we cannot always be entirely aware unfortunately. I hope you do give us another chance, a lot can change in a year.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectation, simply we are not a Hotel. We offer weekly serviced apartments, we provided an extra bathmat on arrival, and we did not replace it the very next day as requested due to you having an extra one already, we do not replace towels, which I believe were not dirty but you expected a daily replacement which we simply do not offer. Our reception is limited but we make this clear and is not a negative for guests staying with us who understand how to connect, when booking it is important to consider we are not a hotel, and offer excellent rates, the towels were not dirty, and these were never asked to be replaced. Thank you for your stay and review, we offer weekly serviced apartments, and we do not have AC in any of our units, this is listed prior to booking. I apologise if the cleaning was not up to standard, we take our time to ensure this is done so each time. We are available over Whatsapp, this works well for most of our guests, we offer privacy and a hands off approach but had you have reached out you would of seen that we do act when needed. It was a pleasure having you stay with us.

Such a kind review! Thank you for staying with us, it was a pleasure to meet you both and I am pleased to hear you had such a nice stay with us! Our apartments are in quite a quiet residential area so I am pleased the you enjoyed its charm! We shall see you next time!

Thank you for your stay :) Our basic studio unit is located on the lower ground, and there will be some noise transference, thank you for providing me direct feedback on those minor issues, these are already scheduled for repair or replacement, we are sorry they diminished your stay with us, we are proactive to issues as best we can within our provision.
