Goed
Kamers waren een beetje gehorig, ik stoorde mij er niet aan al sliep mijn partner minder goed. Verder was de kamer ruim genoeg, muren egaal met een leuke quote erop. Badkamer goed, regendouche kop en een lekker bed. Bereikbaarheid naar het centrum, zo’n 20 minuten reizen. Erg goed te doen met het openbaar vervoer. Ook super handig en goedkoper als je met meerdere personen reist, de uber pakken voor langere afstanden!

Even though we are about just a little further away from the City Center we still have convenient transport, either that being buses, overground or underground which as you mentioned will not take longer than 20 minutes. Nice place to stay
We had a very pleasant stay at the Chelsea Hotel. Price and comfort accordingly. McDonalds next to the hotel is nice for a early morning coffee, open from 7 am. There is some noise from the City Airport, but they don't fly at night so we had a quiet nightrest. The room was clean, the staff very helpfull and kind and 24-7 available. Our room overlooked the car wash. A bit noisy in the early morning but we liked to watch the luxury cars being handwashed so we had fun :-) The overground and busses are nearby. It takes less then an hour to get to London centre. Good wifi connexion in the room.

De kamer ziet er verzorgt uit, personeel vriendelijk. Alleen hadden wij een kamer aan de straatzijde: je hoort alles en is het 2persoonsbed vrij klein, maar dat komt ook door de kleine kamer.

Nieuwe kamer voldeed, verder geen aanrader
De eerste nacht was een ramp, we kregen in eerste instantie een slordig uitziende kamer met slechte bedden en vervallen faciliteiten. Helemaal vervelend was de gehorigheid: toen de buurman midden in de nacht de tv aanzette, konden wij niet meer slapen. Vriendelijk verzoek deze zachter of uit te zetten, leverde alleen een zeer grove verwensing op. De staf was zeer behulpzaam en verplaatste ons direct naar een andere kamer. Dit was duidelijk een kamer die net gerenoveerd was: prettige boxsprings, frisse lakens en schone, nette voorzieningen. Hier zijn we de andere 2 nachten dan ook gebleven (waar we wel 25 pond per nacht extra voor betaalden). De buurt was ook niet bepaald fijn (aan een drukke weg = lawaai) en zeker niet fraai of handig gelegen. Pluspunt: het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Avoid the ground floor rooms as it is like sleeping in reception. There is nothing close by except for McDonald’s drive thru which we could see, hear and smell from our room. Carpets in rooms are dark blue and feel tacky. Wardrobes open fronted so no excuse for them to be dusty. Reception is a desk and phone surrounded by suitcases. No discernible facilities so McDonald’s breakfast or nowt. Large dumpsters outside which were being rooted through at various times of the afternoon and evening. Think we missed some inside tricks with this place as there must be nicer rooms upstairs and in the annexed building. It’s a £7 taxi ride to either Stockwell or Clapham North tubes stations. Bathroom was warm modern and clean but very small. TV was tiny and placed high up near the ceiling for some reason. Didn’t see any staff really but heard them.

The staff was very friendly but I wasn’t aware that there were no lifts in the building which made it difficult going up and down the stairs with heavy luggage’s. Very close to Wandsworth train station or the bus stations. Our shower would clog everyday and the bathroom is veryyyy tiny. We also had no cold water, the water was boiling hot and created so much steam with no ventilation. Due to this the room was smelling like mildew. The rooms are not soundproof therefore you can hear every little noise that other customers make. We stayed for 3 nights and it’s about a 50 minute train ride to the Gatwick airport and 30 minutes to central london.

As soon as we walked in, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. After suppling us with information and details, we were directed to our room. Upon entering, it smelt ultra clean (thumbs up cleaners). Everything was there that we needed: Shower, shower products, coffee, tea, biscuits, hairdryer. Very convenient for the overground train connections to tube. Would recommend to stay again

Very small room located to front of the property which is on a main road. The window did not seem to be secure and the road is noisy. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was good. The room was serviced daily. The room was also next to the entrance door which was also regularly disturbed throughout the night with people coming in and out / often intoxicated to the point they could not identify their own room hence tried a few doors on a few floors. Not looking forward to my next stay there but at least it’s a clean and comfortable room.

Cheap hotel for a reason
It’s cheap and clean. The WiFi was good. Rooms are very basic and there was no hot water from the sink. I didn’t use the shower as there is no heating in the bathroom which was freezing. No sockets next to the bed which is annoying. Pillows were rock hard. That I can cope with but not the noise. The walls were so thin I could hear talking and the TV in adjacent rooms. Lots of banging and clattering in the middle of the night and cleaners banging about above in the early morning. I won’t be going back.

Good value for money and relatively easy to get into the city and tourist areas via bus and tube. Our room faced onto the road and it was very noisy. I was woken by ambulance sirens a couple times per night. We could also smell that someone was smoking weed in the building on a few occasions. However, it was a clean and comfortable stay. Good value for money/ budget friendly considering the location and London prices. Would stay again.

First time and stay in London, I was visiting family that lived nearby and this location was PERFECT! I'm not use to the idea of such small living quarters but when in England right?! Staff was super friendly and super helpful. Will certainly come back!

Småt og godt
Super fint sted at overnatte, vi var super tilfredse. Fint rent lille værelse og badeværelset var der heller ikke en finger at sætte på. Vores værelse lå lige ud til en trafikeret vej, hvilket godt kunne høres om natten, dette var dog ikke et problem for os

Location to central London was great .Also a fast food next door was very convenient Room was good size . Stayed two nights in September.
