Slechte service bij inchecken. Kamer was niet beschikbaar dus hebben we een pre check-in gedaan. Een heel proces van bijna een half uur lang, koffers achtergelaten en even de stad ingegaan. Toen we later weer terug gingen naar het hotel, moesten we alles opnieuw doen omdat de vorige medewerker niets had opgeslagen. De volgende dag gevraagd om schoonmaak bij het verlaten van de kamer in de ochtend. toen we laat in de middag terugkwamen, was er niets gedaan. De medewerker was dit vergeten door te geven. En zo waren er nog een paar van zulke situaties. De werknemers zijn vriendelijk, maar wel erg traag en niet consequent.

Redelijk hotel. Verwacht niet dat je een echte maaltijd kan Komen. Een pan van 5 liter en 1 steel pan. Zeker niet de £200 plus waard die gevraagd wordt op de website. Dicht bij get theatre district en Oxford Street en get British museum.

Hotel is close to the Tube and other services
The hotel is one minute walk from the tube. It has a direct connection with Heathrow airport. You don't have to change lines. Just pick the Piccadilly line and it brings you straight to Holborn. In the close surrounding there is a supermarket, a possibility for breakfast and dining. In the apartment there is room to sit and relax. The apartment has a good airconditioning; this is important, because you can't open the windows because of the traffic noise. A minor point is the fact you have to ask for services at the desk. I prefer just a service card on the door for asking for services

Although many services are already included in the room rate guests can choose to enjoy additional service for an extra charge. Daily housekeeping is one of these extra services that we offer. Net hotel, midden in de stad.
Gelegen 150meter van station Holborn (central en piccalilly -lijn), in het verlengde van een drukke winkelstraat. Net hotel in moderne stijl gerestaureerd. Wij hadden onze kamer aan de achterkant dus over geluidsoverlast bij een kamer aan de voorzijde kan ik niet oordelen. Op de kamer is een klein keukentje aanwezig. Makkelijk om het ontbijt te fixen. Of je loopt het hotel uit waar een costa en starbucks op 50meter zitten. (Ook avondeten kan evt worden geregeld pizzaexpres op de hoek.) Verder waren wij echt aanwezig voor de stad en hebben we enkel geslapen in het hotel, wel wat gehorig als iemand over de (2e verd.) smalle gang loopt. Maargoed dan moet je jezelf maar moe maken. Zeker een aanrader!

Praktische locatie vlakbij metrostation Holborn
Er was een verkeerde kamer geboekt, maar de staf had al geregeld dat volgende dag de juiste kamer gereed zou zijn en bood gratis ontbijt aan. Maar er is niet duidelijk gemeld dat in dit type hotel het verzorgen van de kamer niet automatisch gebeurt. Je moet om alles vragen (nieuwe handdoeken, thee/koffie aanvullen etcetera).

Redelijk grote kamer voor Londense begrippen. Bedden al wat ouder, keukentje wel goed. Wel aan de straatkant, dus raam dicht 's nachts, anders teveel lawaai. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Beneden koffie thee, chocolademelk en appels vrij te halen, aardig gebaar. Fijn om uitvalbasis te hebben in het centrum. Ook theater met goede musical op loopafstand.

De kamer is prima en vrij groot voor Londense begrippen. Alles is netjes en vrij nieuw en modern. De locatie is top, praktisch tegenover metrostation Holborn. Hoewel je dus midden in de stad zit, had ik totaal geen last van geluidsoverlast of iets dergelijke.

Prima hotel voor stedentrip naar Londen
Prima hotel, nette kamers, prettig om een kleine keuken ter beschikking te hebben, prima bed. Kortom een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Kamers werden wel pas aan het eind van de dag schoongemaakt, wanneer wij steeds op de kamer waren. Het zou prettiger zijn geweest als men vroeger kwam (voor 4 uur). Kamer was netjes afgewerkt. Tegels in badkamer lagen wel los.

Volstrekt fout hotel
Dit hotel viel heel erg tegen. De netheid liet te wensen over. De kamer was volstrekt afgeleefd en ouderwets. De badkamer was een totale ramp, het toilet spoelde niet door en na het nemen van een douche -- geen eenvoudige klus -- stond de halve badkamervloer blank. De verwarming maakte een hels lawaai. Het uitzicht leek nergens op (kantoorbedienden keken recht onze kamer in, van 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat) en halverwege de nacht kwamen doordringende kookluchten onze kamer in, dermate dat we er wakker van werden. Een echte afrader !

Goed appartement, prima locatie
Goede locatie, vlakbij het metrostation Holborn. Inchecken ging vlot zonder problemen. Het appartement was redelijk nieuw en rustig. We hadden dan ook een appartement die uitkeek op de "binnenplaats". De matrassen waren op het eerste gezicht erg zacht, maar leverde geen klachten op. We sliepen in ieder geval goed. De badkamer was goed genoeg, echter na een dag was er een kleine lekkage boven ons. Het waren maar een paar druppels per minuut en het werd na een dag opgelost. Het keukentje hebben we bijna niet gebruikt, maar was prima in orde. In het algemeen een goed appartement met een prima locatie.

Goede ligging. Hotel wordt verbouwd; studio viel tegen (beroerd bed, dat je eerst nog zelf moest maken van de bank). Geen Wifi voorhanden. Douche prima. Niet elke dag schone handdoeken (kan wel, maar moet je extra voor betalen). Service wisselend - soms moet je eindeloos bij desk staan wachten - neemt klerk weer telefoon aan, terwijl er 2 meter achter hen collega's staan. En jij maar wachten.

The photos displayed was a false representation of what I booked, which was a double and I got two single beds eve though I’d paid in advance and stated on my confirmation double. It was like student accomodation and not at all what I’m use to staying in as a Gold Expedia member!!! At 9.30pm arrival I was devastated and like I say the advert is misleading indeed and I’m an unhappy customer who was not given an alternative room or double bed and will not be staying again!

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. We got stuck in their cramped elevator with a 4-month-old baby for 30 minutes. Despite being promised compensation and a conversation with the manager, they completely ignored our concerns. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer well-being is deeply disappointing.

Great midtown location - perfect for getting east or west with the tube, and just a 5 minute walk to theatres and Covent Garden. Decor is tired, but it's clean and comfortable. Friendly/helpful staff. Definitely the best value for money you'll find in town. Let staff know if you need good network connectivity as the house wifi didn't work in our room.

During our recent trip to London with my wife and two adult children, we rented two rooms for 3 days (1/3/24 to 1/6/24). The on-duty front desk people were incredibly helpful and professional. They made our check in and check out process very smooth. I had to call for help with my heating system once and the on duty person responded quickly. In fifteen minutes a tech was at my door and quickly fixed the issues. I was very impressed! I would certainly stay there in future and recommend to my family and friends. The staff went above and beyond their duty to make our stay a great experience. S A Boston, USA.

Great location
Room was not has shown on the pictures. The new pictures are the new rooms that are not open yet. They still are under construction. The cleanliness of the room was not that good. We were there for 10 days and we had our room cleaned once. They forgot to come once. Curtains were dirty and the chairs in the room had some weird spots/ colors on it. The soundproofing of the room was not good. We heard all the neighbors and the construction. The lobby was great, the free coffee was great too. Really good location. You can walk pretty much everywhere from the hotel.

A fantastic find. I’ll be back!
Excellent location close to the underground, shops and restaurants. About 15 minutes by foot to SoHo; less to Covent Garden. A bright, spacious room with a small kitchen. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The price was relatively reasonable for London lodgings!
