Het kleine hotel ligt in een leuk gebied vlakbij de Theems. Echter de kamer was klein, donker, warm, vieze oude badkamer, hobbelige vloer waardoor wij eerder zijn weg gegaan. Het viel erg tegen.

Klein hotel in de buurt van station victoria
Prima hotel maar oud, veel mankementen en zeer kleine kamers. Ik had een eenspersoonskamer, het ziet er uit als een bezemkast, raam op 1,5 meter hoogte! Personeel doet er alles aan om de mankementen op te lossen en zijn zeer bereidwillend Ik kreeg een gratis upgrate van mijn eens persoonskamer. En dit was een geweldige kamer daar kies ik wel voor als ik nog eens zou gaan. Dus kijk goed als je gaat boeken wat voor soort kamer je neemt. Ik verbleef er een week dus voor Londense begrippen een lange tijd. Dit hotel is prima voor een paar nachten maar niet voor langer zou ik het niet aanraden. Voor de eenspersoonskamers zijn de badkamer en wc erg klein. Dat is wennen en neem geen grote koffer mee want er is weinig opbergruimte. Bij mijn upgrade kamer had ik veel ruimte en was alles super geweldig. personeel staat open voor opmerkingen en doet echt de best om het op te lossen. Ontbijt is een eenvoudig. Continentaal maar prima te doen, geen warme gerechten.

Kapot bed.
We hadden een kamer besteld met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Een van de bedden had een enorme deuk in de matras als je erop ging liggen. Het bleek dat de latten bodem eronder kapot was. We hebben dus samen in een bed moeten slapen :(

Aangenaam hotel. Niet de grote luxe maar voor enkele nachten, zeer aan te raden. Zijn ligging is zeker een troef. 2 minuten wandelen van underground station Pimlico en zo in het centrum van londen. Personeel heel aangenaam. Aanrader.

Goed prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Op loopafstand van Victoria station waar je aan komt met de gatwick exppres. Het hotel is klein en gelegen aan een rustige straat. In eerste instantie kregen we twee kamers is de kelder. Omdat ze kamers geen ramen hebben en erg donker zijn meteen aan gegeven dat we deze kamers niet wilde. Kregen zonder probleem nieuwe kamers, wel op twee verschillende verdiepingwn (recht boven elkaar). De volgende ochtend werden we gebeld dat er eventuee twee kamers beschikbaar waren met een nieuwe douche en groter. De kamers zijn erg klein maar netjes en beschikken over faciliteiten zoals een tv, waterkoker met thee en koffie, douche en toilet. Geen ruimte om je koffer uit te pakken maar voor een weekend is dat prima. Het personeel is niet goed in het geven van juiste informatie. De underground die ze aangaven (pimlico) is op loopt afstand maar verder dan Victoria. Daarnaat gaven ze aan dat op zondag geen wisseling van de wacht is, komen we daar aan is het wel zo! Je kamer aanhouden is zonder kosten mogelijk tot 12u ipv 11u. Ze hebben een afgesloten ruimte om je bagage te stallen als je de stad nog in gaat. Het ontbijt was boven verwachting. Simpel maar wel elke dag eieren en croissantjes. Wat betreft ligging en prijs kwaliteit verhouding zouden we voor een weekend zeker terug gaan naar dit hotel.

Despite knowing they were closed, they took our reservation on Expedia. This was not an emergency closure - they have been closed. We were informed at 2pm the day of our trip by email. They should have called us as well - what if I didn’t check email? I still can’t believe they didn’t tell us they were closed until hours before our stay! I am very impressed with Expedia because they moved our reservation to a nearby hotel and they covered the cost difference since it was more than triple to book last minute!

Affordable and good location near to Victoria Station and Westminster area of city. But, when we got there no heat in the room (had to bring in portable heater), bathroom door knob was held on by screws pinning it against door and had shower/bathroom combination that was extremely small.

Si trattava di €, quindi non li abbiamo mai toccati durante il nostro soggiorno, dato che abbiamo pagato sempre in £. Sono molto amareggiata. Disappointed to be informed at check in that despite still showing on several websites the hotel no longer provides continental breakfast! Room, bedding and towels provided were extremely clean. Very tiny bathroom included a shower. Tea and coffee making facilities/hair dryer were provided in room. Curtains were very shabby and stained. Hotel ok for a short break. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel taking you into central London.

Old, moldy, smelled horrible. The beds were old and uncomfortable, no a/c the room was way to small for 3 beds. The bathroom was dirty, the carpet was extremely dirty. I do not know how expedia gave this property 3 stars, this is the second time we get a hotel on here with a 3 star rating that is like this. The staff was great and helpful, the location really could not be beat, 20 min walk to everything.

Poor hotel, get what you pay for!
Probably the worst room (no.11) I’ve ever had, single room, not enough room to swing a cat, bathroom door didn’t open fully due to bed, bathroom a squeeze, sink was over toilet with a loose tap, pipes in bathroom ran around the ‘wet room’ in full view, shower head wouldn’t move, tiles had been broken and patched poorly, toilet seat old and haggard.

Never again…
The front desk was very pleasant to speak to but other than that, there was no way to turn down the air conditioning. It was freezing all day and night. They had a space heater which did not help much. We had to carry our huge luggage up flights of stairs. The bathroom situation was a mess.

Good location but horrible otherwise
The room is very spartan and small. It was absolutely freezing even when the heating was on- the window was single pane glass. The decor is terrible and very run down. Very dusty shelf. Location is fantastic and the street is beautiful but the hotel feels shabby. I know its a budget hotel but very expensive for such an unpleasant room to stay in.

La nostra fortuna è che non hanno trovato la nostra prenotazione. Ci hanno poi offerto una camera doppia e siamo in tre, sporca, con mura bucate e parecchia muffa intorno. L'esterno della struttura inganna. Dentro è fatiscente e sporco. Siamo venuti via subito ed essendo già tardi abbiamo ripiegato su un hotel decisamente più costoso ma imparagonabile. Fate molta attenzione a prenotare questa struttura. Le foto ingannano tantissimo.

Mixed feelings about this one
Everyone from the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The single room was ok but quite small. The door wasn’t always locking. The gentleman from the reception fixed it once, but it happened again. My last night it was raining, and I woke up because of water dripping on the bed from the closed window above me. The area was really nice though and it was very easy to find your way around.

ho pagato 177€ per due notti ,due persone, dalle foto sembra carino ma arrivi li ed è orribile. Si trova vicino al centro la posizione è molto favorevole ma la stanza non corrisponde alla foto e quelli della reception ti dicono anche “non puoi affidarti alle foto” come se la colpa fosse del cliente e non loro. Hotel vecchio, sporco, la doccia non ha il piatto doccia e si allaga tutto il bagno, stanze piccole, porte del bagno arrugginite, moquette sul pavimento sporca, prese solo con l’ attacco loro, cioè essendo un hotel potrebbero fornire gli adattatori o avere prese moderne. in sola parola ORRIBILE. Tra l’altro al mio arrivo, dopo aver scritto un messaggio su hotels.com alla struttura comunicando il mio arrivo e non mi hanno risposto, mando un email spiegando che sarei arrivata tardi e specificando l’orario del mio volo, arrivo in struttura e mi dicono di aver cancellato la mia prenotazione.

Great place for short stays
I was wary about booking this place after reading some of the reviews but I went ahead anyways for the price. I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was perfect. My room was very clean. Hotel staff very friendly when I checked in and had a room ready for me early. Location is great. Right across from a bus stop and a short walk to the train and can even walk to some main touristy places. For a quick 2 day trip to London it was exactly what I needed. Only complaint is that walls are very thin and you can hear people in the halls coming and going. I would stay here again for another quick trip to the city.
