We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in Kingston upon Thames, this home is nestled in a vibrant and friendly community. Explore nearby Richmond Park for a day outdoors, or enjoy the local cafes and shops. Kingston’s bustling market and riverside walks offer a delightful experience.

Acre Road is conveniently located near Kingston Station, providing easy access to central London via South Western Railway services. Local bus routes offer additional transport options, making it simple to explore the area or commute into the city.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Please note that the stairs in the property are steep. We kindly ask all guests to take extra care when going up and down the stairs, especially when carrying luggage or if travelling with young children or guests with reduced mobility.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
