They closed pool and gave different poor excuses to several different parents as to why. There were about 20 kids that had put off getting in pool until second day only to find that they closed it before returning that evening. They couldn’t keep up with breakfast time. Water pressure was dismal at best after it running about 10 minutes.

The property was fairly close to where we were going but a bit dirty from needing some maintenance. The bathroom set up was inconvenient. The hotel was ok but probably wouldn’t stay again. The night front desk clerk and the breakfast attendant were very nice.

Stayed here just overnight for convention and customer service has always been great and understanding. This stay was a little odd since the last stays, as theu TV did not work or the telephone. Front desk was very apologetic, but it was not able to be fixed during this stay.

This hotel def cut some corners doing upgrades. A major issue I had was the stock photos on both hotels.Com and the holiday inn express website are not the same tyoes of rooms. So when you think you’re getting two beds and a small sofa you think wrong. The bath was like a 6x8 room with toilet and stand up shower. You couldn’t even open the bathroom door when the tub mat was on the only side of the shower you could walk out of. Our keys did not work on the second day of our stay. When we got back from an all day college visit we then had to stand and wait while other customers checked in. Finally I walked to the side door where two people who looked like employees or a manager and owner were discussing something. I just stood there until they looked at me and they actually said to hold on a min. I said no and that I just needed to get into my room. After we finally go in our room and rested a bit my younger son wanted to check out the pool. The outside door was unlocked with a room key but the inside door was locked. So again we had to go to the desk and get someone to do something. The pool room was colder than it should have been and in need of an upgrade. When we arrived the first night the front desk check in offered no condolences or alternatives when I showed her the picture on the websites. Customer service was definitely lacking at this hotel. I guess like they say you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.

every time I went to check in I was asked for a card to have on file. Our company already has a card on file with them and we seem to have this issue every time. Our HR department has to call every time to remind the receptionist that there is already a card on file.
