Hey Niv. Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay here! The room you booked was listed as 4 bunk beds, which sleeps 8 people. I wholly agree that this is misleading, but the decision to advertise rooms like that is the prerogative of the booking agent and entirely against our wishes. I would recommend letting them know that you disagree with this marketing policy as we have done in the past. The heating works fine - though after hearing it was off in your room I investigated the next morning to find that one of the other guests had turned it off as they found it too hot. I'm sorry about that, it's an unfortunate side of shared dormitories. You do need several codes and people often comment how secure it feels. Its not something we are keen on getting rid of for that reason. We are above a very popular live music venue. People often stay here for that reason and we will continue to encourage them to do so. The music finishes at midnight during the week and 2-3am on Thu, Fri, Sat nights. All guests get free entry to the venue, a discount on drinks, and free earplugs if they want to call it an early night.
