goede ligging als je wilt shoppen
Zakelijk hotel, goede ligging. Op loopafstand Harrods, maar ook Piccadilly Circus is een kwartier lopen. Ze bezuinigen nu op personeel. Je moer erg lang wachten tot dat bestellingen worden opgenomen. Voor de rest geen klachten.

déçu
checkin a 20h et malgré ça chambre non prête, après 20 minutes d'attente et quelques coups de gueule la chambre est prête, la chambre était une catégorie en dessous de celle que nous avons réservé, avec une vue sur la route très bruyante. nous nous sommes plaint mais l'hotel campe sur ses positions en nous disant que c'est bien cette chambre alors que non. très déçu du service nous sommes habitué des beaux hôtel nous ne reviendrons pas.
