Het hotel is een mooi oud gebouw, met grote kamers met hogeplafond. Alleen is het alles oud en stuk. Het ontbijt vond ik erg goed en de buurt is rustig het hotel ook je hoort niet de andere gasten.

Outdated four star hotel
The room was tiny, but the bed was poor. almost no possibility to take a shower. the breakfast personnel were unfriendly. the breakfast was very mediocre, except for the coffee, no eggs served of any kind ! WE checked out, left our Luggage to be picked up later. when we came the hotel was closed. only after 15 minutes the door was opened. we almost missed our plane back. Honestly more a 1 star then a 4 star hotel ! The location compensates it..

Langorf hotel is een prima hotel met goede voorzieningen. Een prettige kamer voor 3 personen. Badkamer voldoet, douche is wel krap voor grotere personen. Prima kwaliteit bedden. Ontbijt is redelijk, voldoende keuze, alleen wel elke ochtend hetzelfde. Personeel is jong, aardig en behulpzaam.

Gewoon een net hotel met goed personeel.
Prima uitval basis voor een weekend londen, prima faciliteiten, prima bedden en sanitair is schoon en personeel vriendelijk.

gezellig en goed hotel waar voor je geld
We waren met 2 personen . goede ontvangst , duidelijke uitleg. kamer was goed 2 bedden , bureau .bad en douche . warm water kamer was perfect. ontbijt goed verzorgd niets te klagen . zelf wat te eten mee voor op de dag. met de underground 15min van Westminster . perfect voor de 2 dagen dat we er waren

Rustig hotel met mooie kaers
Rustig gelegen hotel met prima kamers. Engelse sfeer alleen geen spek en eggs maar dat is het enige kleine minpuntje. Schone kamers, ruim en van alles voorzien.

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (tram e metro) in zona tranquilla. Camere molto silenziose (risveglio con il canto degli uccellini). Struttura abbastanza datata. Colazione migliorabile.

Quartier agréable - belle façade. 1ere surprise chambre en sous sol avec vue sur poubelle. Jour 3 Fuite d'eau venant de la salle de bain du dessus. changement de chambre très rapide pour se retrouver dans une chambre toujours en sous sol à côté de la chaudière qui se déclenchait toute les minutes. Literie à revoir, matelas en bout de course. Chambre spacieuse. Propreté correcte. Mal insonorisé. Jour sous la porte d'entrée. Plancher qui craque. Petit déjeuné pas très varié.

A base only.
Nice staff but tired room with windows that don't close or open properly. Very draughty at that end of the room. Access to one side of double bed only (Room 505) Noisy lift when arriving on level 3, but we were warned by staff. Continental (?) breakfast only available.

Don’t really know where the 4 stars have come from. Wall paper needs cleaning and room needs re-decorating. Shower leaked all over the floor. Amazing front of house very friendly. But as stated- I don’t think this place is four stars at all. 2 maximum.

Great location, good staff but tired hotel
Great location close to transport links and eating facilities, front of house staff very accommodating and pleasant. The Hotel is currently having some redecorating carried out in some of the rooms. The room I had was in a poor state of repair and quality (bearing in mind this is supposed to be 4 stars). The carpets were worn and stained, damaged door frames, and the bathroom tiles and walls were stained.

I liked that it was in the Hampstead area of London, an area I am particularly fond of. It is also more European-touristy rather than American-touristy, offering a different experience. I love the traditional look of the building, the rooms, and the decor. The breakfast was also quite tasty, and the hotel is located reasonably close to tube stations and other transportation. I would definite return on a future trip to London. Only small complaint is that the computer available for guests never did work properly while we were there.

Not worth it
I didn't enjoy the brief stay in the hotel. Overall this is an old hotel that isn't being maintain properly. - Old carpets which aren't being clean as the entire hotel have a bad oder. - Bathroom is small and inconvenient, celling covered with mold. - Old mattress super uncomfortable

Ældre og meget hyggeligt hotel i rolige omgivelser. Ingen larm om natten fra gaden eller andre værelser. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Fin morgenmad med frugt, yoghurt, frisk juice og forskelligt brød med ost, pålæg og hårdkogte æg.

The basement room was clean, well decorated and a good size for London. We were disappointed because there was no kettle, no tea bags, milk and toilet rolls at various points in our three night stay. Surely that's not too much to expect?!

The staff was outstanding, and we loved the breakfast. Our beds were comfortable, but there was mold in the bathroom. There isn’t adequate ventilation for the bathroom, so the steam after taking a shower lingers and there is mold all over the ceiling and upper portion of the walls in that room. Also, the website says in two places that they have an airport shuttle, but they do not. When we called to arrange to be picked up at the airport, we were told we would have to get a taxi because the hotel doesn’t have a shuttle at all. The listing is inaccurate regarding this, and we were left to our own devices to manage our own transportation. We enjoyed our stay, but the mold in the bathroom and inaccuracies in the listing need immediate attention from management. The mold situation is serious and could cause a severe reaction to another guest. The lack of a shuttle despite the website claiming there is one is false advertising, and while we were able to work around it, it caused us considerable unnecessary stress and frustration.

Could use a cleaning
The front desk personnel were amazing and very friendly. Location was close to Finchley Station and some restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Room was not vacuumed and counters were dusty. I had to wipe down remote with alcohol swabs. Bathroom was dirty and I had to clean toilet myself. Luckily housekeeping left cleaning supplies in bathroom. Overall decent value for price but far from London if not familiar with London Underground.
