We could not have asked for a better location,10 minutes from my niece who moved to London this past summer. Kelly and Ron were incredible hosts, responding to anything we needed within minutes. The house had everything we needed and was warm and inviting.

Great Family London Vacation!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Ron’s place in Hampstead. Ron and Kelly couldn’t have been more wonderful or attentive to our needs. The location is perfect as it is near the small downtown area of Hampstead, also located a short walk to the tube station for access to London. I had three young children with me, including my wife. There was plenty of room for all of us. Kellie was a great property manager, and very responsive, including a moment where one thing didn’t go quite right. She remedied it right away. We stayed at Ron’s place for four days and explored London, Harry Potter world, and the surrounding areas - including Hampstead Heath. Overall, a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend if you want a place outside the city, but still want access to all the popular tourist destinations. Thank you for everything!

Hampstead home away from home
The property served as a clean and comfortable home base during our visit to London. We enjoyed the local shops and restaurants but could also hop on the tube with just a short walk to the station. The property had exactly what we needed, and nothing that we didn't. The owners were genuinely interested in providing a great stay. Amazing!!!!!
We cant say enough about how wonderful this house is. The owner, Ron, and his wife, Revi, were so inviting and hospitable. They made check in very easy and answered all our questions. The house itself is very close to shops, restaurants, and markets. The tube station is very close and an easy walk. We used it the entire time we were in Hampstead. Our stay was so delightful thst we will definitely be back!!!

Cozy and Convenient
Number 6 was exactly what the doctor ordered. We sought comfort, convenience, culture, and this place pulled through for our family of 5 (age range 7-11) + Grandma. In our 6 days in London, we used Belsize Park Underground to start our adventures to the London sights and the West End theater district. The tube rides and the walk back to the residence from late night theater shows were easy and felt safe. We were pleased with our experience all the way up to leaving our keys and closing the door one last time. We caught an early morning bus just down the street which takes you to Paddington Station to catch an express train to Heathrow International.

This was a great place to stay in london for our family of 6. It was a short walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The subway stop was not far away and the quickest and easiest way to get down into the attractions in London. We always felt safe but were never out past 11pm walking around. I think even then you'd be generally safe. The owners were great and very inviting. They were extremely responsive both prior and during the visit. They even helped to provide a name for transfers from the airport to the house.

Our property manager was so helpful! He accommodated our early check in request, stopped over when we were unfamiliar with the appliances and was quick to respond to our messages. The house is in a prime location, was clean and included all necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

A Gem of a Property - Highly Recommended
This is a wonderful, well- kept property in one of London’s nice neighborhoods. It is well located near several tube stations, so you can be in Central London within 20 minutes. Lots of wonderful restaurants, including Hampstead High Street nearby. Ron, our property host, was beyond responsive and did everything he could to make our stay memorable, especially when he pointed out some great bakeries in the area! This quickly became a home away from home. We will be back.

Ron was wonderful and extremely helpful! We were greeted with a wonderful gift basket. Kelly the property manager gave us good recs and couldn’t have been any nicer and more helpful! Great location with easy walk to downtown Hampstead area with plenty of bars and restaurants. We had 5 people stay and we were all very comfortable. It is about 25 mins to main London attractions but easy ride in cab, Uber or the Tube.

Well situated accommodation, close to underground, and in a lovely neighbourhood. We enjoyed walking through Hampstead Heath where you get a wonderful view of London. Beautiful and large home that was perfect for a family trip with two seniors, a teenager, and me and my husband. Ron was a great host— very thoughtful with providing fruit, coffee, tea, and milk for our arrival. The location is very central and close (5 minute walk) to two tube stations (belsize park or Hampstead heath). The neighborhood feels very safe and filled with families and young professionals. There was a fantastic pub a block away (the roebuck) that serves great food in a nice atmosphere. Thank you for the great stay!

Super Haus in toller Lage
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in Hampstead mit einem sehr netten Vermieter. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und auch während des Aufenthaltes wurde unsere Fragen sehr schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. Die Schlafzimmer und auch die Badezimmer sind sehr ansprechend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Great flat - great location!
The best way for our family to experience London. Modern, fully-furnished and spacious flat ideally situated in Hampstead, the best neighborhood in all of London. From this location we were able to get to all the major attractions via Tube or bus in about 30-45 minutes or less. It was perfect!

Amazing stay! Hosts we're great and the property is lovely.
Ron, the host, was extremely helpful - we were coming in a small van but Ron talked us through and arranged the parking. Property is very clean and modern, surprisingly spacious - like a tardis! Would definitely recommend to stay again.

Finally - a "home" for us in London!
I have grandsons that are British born and live in London. We visit London 2-3 times a year. My husband and I finally decided try VRBO rentals becasue I though it made sense - my husband was not so sure. Ron's property was our fourth attempt to find a VRBO property that we genuinely liked and would establish as our temporary "home" during our London visits. This property is it! It is accurately described online - I've learned to ALWYS expect less. In this case, the property exceeded my expectations! Ron was an amazing host; it's very helpful to deal with a person who cares about the property rather than some rental agent. Also, I had to deal with an unexpected situation that Ron's thoughtfullness made it easier to deal with. We are coming back!

Fantastic property, great location, great owners.
The property is a great size - 3 good size bedrooms, kitchen/living area etc.. The home is lovely, clean & the owners were so fantastic - upon arrival they had kindly left us some wine/fruit etc.. which was so kind & appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent - a short walk (less than 5 mins) up the hill & you're in the beautiful village of Hampstead. Belsize park is also a short walk down the hill. Hampstead heath/tube etc.. all very close. The house is in a quiet area. Overall we loved our stay, would highly recommend this house & hope to return!

Bright, clean, lovely house
We had a fabulous time staying at this mews house in Belsize Park. It's perfectly positioned close to shops and restaurants and within easy walking distance of Belsize Park Tube. The house was beautifully clean, with all new fixtures & furnishings. Rooms were spacious and we loved the rain shower in the bathroom! Owners were kind enough to have some welcome items such as milk, wine and fruit. We loved our stay and will be back for sure!
