The location was very nice. 5 minutes of walking to the trainstation. You sleep above a bar so they play very loud music in the evening. One of our bed didn't had a duvet. The floor was on some places very wet and some dirty places which we cleaned by ourselfs with a towel.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are so pleased that you found the staff to be friendly as we pride ourselves on our customer service. We are sorry to hear that you found the room a bit small and was bothered by the noise of the traffic. Most of our rooms are above our bar and restaurant which are situated on the main High Road which makes us easy to find and we are also only a short distance to the train station which many people like because it is so easy to commute in to London. We do have rooms in our annexe building which is situated on a quieter more residential side street and the rooms are slightly larger. If you choose to stay with us again, we would be happy to reserve you one of these rooms.

The property was very dirty and dated. The toilet moved when I sat on it, The blinds could not be retracted to get sunlight into the room. The shower tray had mold around it, no landline phone in the rooms to get assistant. No one at the reception desk ever to speak to. Bed sheets had turning brown from white. Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night loud music noise from the bar below.

Staff could not do enough to help And very friendly food and Guinness was quality and fair priced. Room was smal but adequate. It is not a 5 star hotel but I will stay again very good price for what I paid. The only downside was they do not do a breakfast. If they did it would be a game changer

Great place, nice and welcoming staff. We were prepared for noise from the pub under the guesthouse, but that was not an issue at all. There was a high pitch sound in our room at all hours, which was the biggest problem. The rooms all in all are a bit outdated, and the cleaning before arrival could have been better (dust allergy), but not anything we wouldn't expect from at small guesthouse.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zugewandt, aber dennoch war das Familienzimmer nicht für vier Leute bei unserer Ankunft hergerichtet und mit ausgeklappter Couch konnte man nur noch über die Betten durch das Zimmer laufen. Auf den Bildern wirkt es deutlich großzügiger. Das Bad hätte sauberer sein dürfen und die Livemusik im Pub ist bis 2 Uhr nachts sehr laut zu hören, was uns bei einem Trip ohne Kinder aber nicht so gestört hätte. Gut war die Anbindung mit der Tube und das Essen im Pub. Frühstück wird zwar angeboten, allersings erst ab 11 Uhr, was sich bei einem Kurztrip wenig anbietet. Das angegebene WLAN funktioniert leider so gut wie nie. Da wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren, war es für den Preis in Ordnung.

Il pub è carinissimo, in stile irlandese. Ottima e abbondante la colazione! Buona scelta di birre per la sera. Le stanze sono piccole, ma comode e funzionali. Siamo stati veramente bene!

Well, we had a terrible experience from this hotel, after check in we went out with our friends and came back at around 12pm when we open the door it was almost like raining inside the room, the bed was all wet and water was still coming down cz someone was taking shower upstairs. We reported it to the staff and they were super nice to us, we waited for 20 minutes to sort that up, but we were still wondering they don’t have a reception at night time, what if we were a bit more late, we would have suffered the whole night.

It was amazing! The check in guy with blond hair was so nice. The room was beautiful, the bed sheets were a bit dirty but its okay! The check in was very easy, and check out too! No extra fees or anything. The pub looked awesome. Overall it was great especially for the price! Thank you.

The room was neat but wasn’t clean. Found some hairs in the shower and make up stains on the pillows. They had a kettle, towels and toiletries. There was also aircon which was a lifesaver in the middle of summer! The place was easy to find and only a few minutes walk to the tube station. There’s a council car park directly opposite that you can pay for using an app. The area felt busy but safe even at night. We stayed in the top floor during the weekday and it was quiet. Overall it was a good and hassle-free stay.

This is an absolute gem of a location ! Beautiful and clean rooms with all the facilities and a lovely bar downstairs. The second bar downstairs serves an amazing breakfast from 10 am ,so you can eat before checking out ! Having a parking across the road is a massive bonus in that area. And the staff were absolutely amazing every single one of them ! We had a 2 nights stay there and we would most definitely recommend them and book them again when in the area !
