Locatie is super dichtbij de metro, wat heel prettig is! Kamers zijn prima. Er werd op het moment van verblijf buiten gewerkt aan de straat/weg, maar daar binnen geen last van gehad!

Hotel was ideal location and clean staff were friendly, only problem was we had 2 rooms booked as 4 of us went (2 couples) no staff on site and office locked at night when we got back from our night out on the first night my friend and her partner couldn't access their room the key card wouldn't work and needed a master key to open the door which we didn't have luckily we was there other wise they would have been sleeping on the corridor, we called the number on they key card provided but no one answered it, we attempted to explain to the staff in the morning but as they didn't understand English we didn't get anywhere we have since emailed to complain low and behold no response. It wouldn't stop me staying here again as the rooms are perfect for a short stay I would just make sure my card works before office is locked up and think a refund should be applied for the first night they couldn't even access the room.

Our stay was so much better than expected considering we’ve booked last minute! We felt welcome from start to finish. Our room was clean and the interior looked amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! :)

I actually couldn't bring myself to stay there, so had to rebook another Hotel, and therefore lost my money. There was a very nice receptionist, however, I do think she had a cheek asking for a deposit to be made, when the bed and very sparse furniture looked like they came from the skip! I thought I'd booked a hostel by mistake.

Lovely staff. Decent checkout time of noon. House keeping was hooving outside my room at 9.30am which was a bit inconsiderate. Bed very comfy. Bathroom was very stylish. Would definitely stay again

Most akward hotel ‘almost’ stay of my life. Didn’t end up staying the night as they didn’t deliver with the basics they promised they would offer like wi-fi connection. The first shock you get is as you walk in the “main reception” which is just a private looking office room where you sit, but it gives you the impression that you might not be in the right place. When offered to be shown to the room you actually have to leave the ‘reception building’ and go outside the street to go into another builiding some steps away. Narrow, small hallways in the main building and also to every room there. Was told there was no wi-fi like it wasn’t a bid deal, tv didn’t work either although the room looked clean and comfortable and would have stayed if everything had been fine. Went into the main building after getting a bit lost and felt like I was trapped because the exit sign doors are not clear at all, I complained about the above mentioned but they had no way of solving it and looked confused, but suggested for me TO PAY for an exterior internet provider. No more than 5 minutes in another room they offered where tv was indeed working there was a big banging coming just outside the door which at that point I was already looking for transportation to go back home. At the end after being refused one time a refund, was told I could get it to Expedia and at least the guy was nice enough to let me know about it and keeping in touch to make sure I was ok with that. Overall awful experience.

There are many problems in our stay on Jan 05, 2020. First, the hotel sign can be barely see from street. It costs me in about one hour walking around area trying to find the hotel. Second, the hotel is running by immigrants not speak well in English. Third, most important, there is no elevator so it is extremely difficult to climb up along stair to higher floor. Overall, it is not an operational hotel for customer.

Staff was excellent! The pictures on the website were very generous in showing the rooms, they are sooo tiny, it was impossible to move around the room with luggage and around the bed!

Comfortable and clean
Nice and comfortable stay! Clean rooms, good size, very good value. About 5 mins walk to paddington station or lancaster gate. Nespresso machine in rooms was a nice unexpected touch. Would return!

Bra läge, jättefint rum och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det enda dåliga var att wi-fi-signalen var väldigt svag i vårt rum så mobilen kopplade ifrån hela tiden.

Two main problems. One there was a generator running all night outside for some road works. Difficult to sleep. Two there was massive condensation on the inside window. Not healthy!

Auf den Bildern sah das Hotel neu und renoviert aus. Wir haben ein Kellerzimmer bekommen. Kein Fenster zum öffnen nur eine Tür die nach draußen führt. Renoviert ist leider was anderes, es war leider mehr Pfusch.

Convenient location. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable. Clean. Condition not great - lots of damp damage to the walls (it was basement level), flaking paint etc. Sink in bathroom was badly cracked. But - it was reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, quiet and everything worked (and coffee and biscuits included!)
