Location! Near an underground station, with a shopping centre. Space! Very big room, with two very good beds. Big tv in the room and windows that could open for fresh air.

Accomodatie was netjes, personeel vriendelijk, echter volgens onze mening was bij de boeking het ontbijt inbegrepen en dit bleek ter plaatse niet zo te zijn! Dat was een tegenvaller en ons nog niet duidelijk hoe dit kon!

Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable and with all you need for your stay. Very nice touch the Rituals products in the bathroom. Walking distance from Hammersmith tube station. The main negative during this last stay has been the price: 470gpb for a night is definitely a too high price especially when same room was booked for 165gbp for the third night. And I was anyhow accommodated in a different type of room than the one booked.

My stay at the Novotel was very nice . The room was a little cold but after a while it warmed up slightly. The staff were approachable and informative. I had a drink in the bar . The house red wine was not good at all . Frederica kindly changed the wine. And opened a fresh bottle . The breakfast was of good quality with a large variety and choice . レセプションのスタッフ、レストランのスタッフは、概ね満足でした。 最寄駅には、ピカデリーラインとハマースミスラインが通っていて,ヒースロー空港,主要な国鉄駅にもアクセスがよく,便利です。 駅付近の治安も特に問題ないように思います。 お部屋のグラスが汚れていたり,ポットに水が残っていたり,ちょっとシミのついたタオルが出てきたりで、清潔さが少し心配でした。

Great staff, good location but the property was slightly dated. The bathtub in one of our rooms had a hole in that was just filled with polyfiller and not to a good standard and the ice machine in the corridor was filthy.
