Staff was super rude that night didn’t really care if we had the best stay or not…. Tap water wasn’t even working didn’t have a bathroom it was shared bathroom which is definitely not covid free still waiting on a refund for years

Appalling conditions in a hotel.
Our stay was that shocking we didn’t even stay we checked in about 14:56 and by 15:20 we were out of the hotel the conditions were appalling there were stains all over the walls the room had a horrible cigarette smell and the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, as in the bathroom there was a hair that seemed to be from someone’s private area. When we left I proceeded to ask could I have a refund when the host replied that I should take it through the company I booked with he insisted that I did this after he had made a report of us leaving the next day which also didn’t seem right. At check in there were some other dodgy things that didn’t seem right he took all my details then a photo of my passport and then proceeded to say that every time we leave the hotel we have to give the key back into reception which was to me an all round no no I would like a full refund for my stay as I had to book a new hotel for the same night which cost me a lot of money I still have all the emails from my booking of the other hotel and would be able to provide these in the case of me receiving a refund as this is what I will be expecting because of the applying conditions of a hotel I didn’t even stay in.

Pior lugar do mundo
Pior experiência possível!! Lugar nojento, perigoso, o banheiro não é dentro do quarto e é comunitário. As pessoas fumam dentro do estabelecimento e as fotos são todas antigas. O lugar está caindo aos pedaços!!

Do not book OYO Greanleaf Hotel Romford Rd
Do not book this hotel we couldnot stay and were left looking for accommodation on arrival. This hotel should not be advertised on a hotel booking website very disappointing Carpets were filthy! Worst place ive ever stepped into. Can not believe hotels.com promote them very disappointing!

Worst place ever stayed. Room was dirty, sheets not clean, resident fighting outside !! Never again !!

Shocking place
The hotel is clearly being used by the local council to house I’m not sure what.. The whole hotel needs a makeover, the carpets were grubby & worn out, the corridors smelt of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty on arrival & had to be cleaned before we used it. Myself and my guest felt incredibly uncomfortable with our stay. There was arguing both nights from 22:00 onwards, including the guest in the next room whom, admittedly hadn’t paid, but the staff thought it was appropriate to start shouting at him through the door at points throughout the night. One night we were woken hourly from 23:00-04:00 by arguing. Bearing in mind we had to get up at 05:00 for work, this wasn’t ideal. We even decided to take our belongings with us after the first night as we were not convinced our things would be there on our return. Overall, this won’t be a hotel I plan to ever return to.

Very poorly managed.. people smoking pot inside the room all the hallway stink complain to the reception they say they cant do anything.. its say buffet bkfast but all its there is a cornflakes and some breads and tea no coffe all you have to do it yourself.. its not the money worth.. the carpet is filthy... bathroom leak from the shower upstairs.. you are souckung if you go to the toilet and another toilet stayed locked..

DREADFUL!!!
The hotel was occupied by unemployed down and outs. The smoke alarm was on the shelf and the shower holder was broken.
