Hi Alberto and thank you very much for staying in my apartment. Giving 6/10 after all I've done for you during your stay its very unfair however everyone has rights on a personal opinion. My apartment is not old and the air conditioning system is on the both floors, reason I am saying this is because the people must know the truth.

Mitten im Zentrum
Den größten Vorteil hatte die Wohnung, mit ihrer Lage. Zu den Sehenswürdingkeiten kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Der Wohnung sieht man allerdings schon einige Besuche an, aber im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden, da wir sie nur zum schlafen benötigt haben und den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

This Place is a DIRTY Dump!
Booking was easy. Communications with "Sasha" were positive and promising. "Sasha" established 3-way communication with "Monika" who I assumed was a concierge of some sort. Free breakfast consisted of 4 bananas, 4 oranges, a glass container of some sort of cereal and a quart of milk - for 3 people for 3 nights. The "welcome gift" was apparently the piles of garbage on the doorstep of the building which remained there for our entire stay. Monika is actually the cleaning lady, who, together with her husband, greeted us on our arrival. The apartment is DIRTY. My daughter caught her foot on a nail inside the entrance that we discovered was a series of nails pounded through the threadbare carpeting. There is no vanity lighting in either bathroom and Sasha asked me if we couldn't just get by. The headboards in both bedrooms were broken - Monika actually accused me of "jumping on the beds", which were not King beds but, in the Master, was 2 twin beds jammed onto a King platform and the 2nd bedroom had a broken-down mattress, the $.50 plastic lampshades were melted, the curtain rod in the "master" was trashed, the mold and mildew in the bathrooms was appalling, the washer/dryer did not work. Sasha & Monika both verbally abused me on my apparent ignorance of how to operate a washing machine, and Monika told me to use the "dryer" in the closet - a folding cheap laundry device that your Grandmother may have used. The TV remotes did not work because there were no batteries in them

Dear Cherylee, I knew it that from the beginning you will write those bunch of lies, With all the unreasonable requests, asking for refunds for some 'wrong' informations in the advert...My only response to your review is nothing but to wish you all the best in your life. I will continue with my hard work and make the people smile even in a rainy days.

Die Location war ausgezeichnet! Der Gastgeber hat mich gleich nach Buchung kontaktiert und meiner Ankunft organisiert. Sehr freundlich. WLAN war schnell, Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem. Achtung! Es gibt eine Reinigungspauschal, die habe ich bei der Buchung übersehen aber es war kommuniziert. GBP 110 ist nicht sehr günstig. Das Frühstück war Cornflakes und Obst, mehr nicht.

Dear Tait, thank you very much for your kind words and I am glad you enjoyed in my apartment. Regarding the cleaning fee thats the cost of the 1st class linen and towels, shampoos, shower gels etc. The breakfast is cereals, fruits and fresh milk as I am apartment not hotel and I don't have a license to cook food for my guest.
