Location was great, however the apartment was in pretty bad shape when we arrived, whoever stayed there prior to us really did a number on the place. Sliding door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, blankets were dirty heater was broken. I don’t think the cleaners made the owner aware of any of this and once we spoke to him he fixed things as quickly as he could. Also of note my daughter left her headphones there and he quickly got them and had them held for her at concierge which was much appreciated.Overall we still had a nice stay.

We had an overall good stay, though it started with some unpleasant surprises regarding the equipment, cleanliness, and room situation. There is, as often in the Uk, mold in some areas of the rooms, and windows. There was also mold at the chopping boards, and the overall status of cleaning was more moderate than well done. The good part, all the Issues were addressed and CityRelay did it's best to solve it as fast as possible. Maybe now, the apartment is in a better status.

Overall property was as listed and clean. The City Relay team was good with answering questions via Whatsapp which help address most issues. However. I had an issue with the iron leaking rusty water, which almost ruined my shirt and during checkout the shop where I was to return key was closed so I had to go to another location to return the key which resulted in almost 45 mins being wasted. Apart from this everything was adequate ; perhaps bathrooms should have extra soap especially given apartment has 3 bedrooms !
