It was unfortunately not how we expected it. The hotel smelled bad. People leave their garbage in front of their room. The smoke alarm went off many times for no reason. We just fell asleep when it went off the first time so that was terrible. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. They have old tv's so no Netflix/YouTube...etc The wifi connection was weak so we ended up using our phone data. The bar section closes pretty early.. Terrible hotel and we are definitely not coming back! Don't recommend it!

I love the location, walkable to nearby underground stations and restaurants! It felt like a safe neighborhood to me, not too much touristy things which kept it quiet. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but shout-out to the maid service! They kept my room clean and didn't mess with my things. I stayed for over a week and a half.

Too far out from everything, the city. Had to go through dangerous area to walk to hotel.. staff during the day wasnt too friendly, not very good customer service. Had to ask a question, i waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to look up and acknowledge me. But the staff at night was better and much nicer..

Park Grand London Heathrow Hotel is 2 hours away from cental London and 1 hour from Heathrow airport by bus. It's not the closest to shopping areas and site seeing areas, but it's cheaper than other hotels that closer to the heart of the city. It takes about 10 min to walk from the hotel to the nearest train station. The hotel room was good, but I wished there was an exhaust in the bathroom. The walls were a bit thin. You can hear neighbors if they are loud and smelled cigarette smoke seep into the room once over my 7 day stay. I requested cleaning every day which was done well. The bed was made and toilet paper was replaced everyday. They also provided water bottles after each time they cleaned. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5.

Checked in around 8pm and greeted by two smiling staff members who were very friendly. The man who checked me in (don’t remember his name sorry!) gave me a free room upgrade as I looked tired! Not offended but this at all as we had a bit of a joke around that I was a teacher and was most definitely shattered and looked it too! The bed was massive and comfortable and the hotel was spotless, I had an excellent night sleep despite the planes coming and going. My only bug bear is that none of the sockets/tv were working and a few of the lights didn’t work, making the room quite dark. This didn’t bother me as I was only staying the night before collecting my sister from the airport but may bother other guests. I informed reception on check out and they said it would be dealt with. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return again.
