Sorry to hear about the noise disturbing you, we do try and tell guests to be considerate to others if they are packing and leaving early and not to make too much noise, but im glad you enjoyed the breakfast and other facilities here and your trip on the whole to London was successful

Dear Matt as your card had declined on my system I was told to take payment direct and i by mistake took 53.45 extra which was the commission you had paid to Expedia when you booked, I sent you a text message and said i would refund this and I apologised for the mistake, 53.45 is the amount you are due which you will get back.
