Goed hotel midden in Oxford Street.
Prettig hotel dat er goed uit ziet. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel dat goede service biedt. De kamer die wij hadden was niet heel groot maar netjes en schoon. In verhouding een redelijk ruime badkamer. Grootste pluspunt van dit hotel is dat je in 10 stappen midden inn Oxford Street staat. Achter het hotel is St. Christopher's Place met heel leuke restaurants. Dit hotel is een aanrader.

Personeel receptie zeer vriendelijk! Kamer is aan renovatie toe.... Wij hadden ontbijt buffet, prima verzorgd echter voordat je je kopje thee krijgt ben je al klaar met eten...is ons tweede keer overkomen...ik verblijf regelmatig in Londen maar voor het geld wat je hier betaald kan je ergens anders in stad beter krijgen!

Zeer kleine kamer, perfecte ligging.
Kamer is erg smal en klein. Raam kan niet goed open waardoor het snel te warm wordt in de kamer. Ligging is perfect. Geen eigen fitness ruimte, maar er kan wel op 10min lopen gebruik worden gemaakt van een hele goede gym!

Terrible breakfast, dry scrambled egg with what looked like mould attached to it. No gluten free cereal option or lactose free milk. Single room is very adequate with 3/4 nice bed and shower. Very clean. Small but nice restaurant with nice menu and polite service. Great location to Mayfair and very reasonable priced.

I actually really love this hotel, great location for shopping and getting around London via the tube which is literally just across the street. My only feedback would be that the bed was a bit too soft and that there weren’t any nice lighting options in the room. No smaller reading lights by the bed, so either all bright or all dark.

Great location especially for viewing the Christmas lights and shopping. Bond Street underground is right next door which is very convenient and easy to get around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the mattress in room 515 needed to be replaced as there is a large trench from the usage on one side of fhe bed.

Hotel is brilliantly located and convenient for Mayfair and Oxford Street. Service was indifferent. Biggest issue was the room - which was very clean, ample size and plenty of hanger space. My issue was A/C didn't work and was pushing out 25.5 degrees, so didn't sleep. Kettle also didn't work.
