Please note that the stowaway is a unmanned property and our check-inn time is 4pm and all the password to the main entrance and the apartments gets activated by 3.45pm, but still you have the access to the lobby area. We would have gladly had our engineers look at your AC unit had we been informed. Additionally. please note that we are happy to replenish amenities, empty bins, etc., during housekeeping hours, whenever requested. It is only full housekeeping service which is limited to every fourth day. We also provide earplugs for lighter sleeping guests, as we are near Waterloo Station.
