Communicatie verliep echt vlot met de host.. heel vriendelijk. De kamer was zeer ruim en had alles wat je nodig had voor een kort en lang verblijf. Enige minpunt was dat de kamer niet zo proper was.. de glazen etc. waren niet afgewassen van de vorige gasten en in de badkamer / vloer appartement lagen er nog veel haren etc. Poetsen kan ons inziens wel beter. Badkamer heeft een opfrisbeurt nodig. Kamerprijs was duur maar dit is overal in Londen. Hier krijg je zeker wel meer voor de prijs. Ligging is ook super.. te voet of met de metro is dit een perfecte ligging. Is tevens ook een veilige buurt. Dankjewel voor het fijne verblijf.

Property is ok for location. Bed was extremely uncomfortable I think the mattress was broken. raise this with the staff and they sent someone around but they couldn’t understand the issue. Bed was completely slanted got no sleep. Would not recommend. Think a travel lodge/prem inn is better option.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy the bed, we personally checked it even after your departure and the bed is completely fine, nothing is broken and every slab is in place, this is the first time someone has complained about it so that's why you had this issue. The mattress is soft but new, could that have been your "slanted" situation? Maybe a harder mattress would have been better for you but I'm afraid we can't really change a mattress unless there is a real issue there... I'm sorry if you weren't completely satisfied.All the best,

This hotel is well-equipped, and the interior decor is quite nice. Personally, I appreciate the self-check-in method, which is convenient and efficient. Overall, there are no major issues, but the one thing I don't particularly like is the design where the shower drain is in the middle of the bathroom floor. Personally, I'm not a fan of this design.

I was in one of the rooms on the lower level and had an absolutely horrible stay, I could not wait to check out. The view was literally garbage, garbage littered outside the window and on the steps and cigarette butts. The flat was filthy, bodily substances on the bathroom walls, hair everywhere from previous quests. The kitchen had no amenities dirty utensils in a bowl on the counter, a dirty already used sponge, not kitchen or tea towels. One of the lights in the room didn't turn on, the chair provided for the desk literally made it impossible to try to work or eat from the desk as it was about 18 inches too low. Zero decor and just a nail hanging on the wall where any photo or decor would have been and is displayed in the photos online. The only good thing about the property is the location. Everything else was absolutely disgusting. Conveniently it won't let me add photos to the review, probably because this is a 1/10 review. Highly do not recommend.

Really easy to get in, they communicate via Whatsapp which is great the day before you check in and are quick to reply with any queries. Would suggest adding a couple of UHT milk sachets would be beneficial.

Good location but some furnishings need attention
It would have been helpful to be told, when I asked a few days before arrival if it was possible to store my luggage at the hotel. Instead I was told to contact them again the day before arrival, not a big thing but one more thing to have to do before arrival. The location is good, convenient to restaurants, museums and Earls Court tube. Not so good are the furnishings. The coffee table in the living room is wobbly and about to fall apart the bed in the bedroom needs a new mattress. The fan in the bathroom does not work. It was nice to have a little coffee for the first morning, tea bags, milk and sugar. We didn't cook but there was basic equipment in the kitchen. I liked the big windows.

Disappointing
Honestly I didnt enjoy my stay at this property. I stayed there for about 2 weeks and regretted every single day. Room size abd kitchen were extremely small. No cupboards at all in the room so you will have to live in the bags. No cleaning done in these 2 weeks. Room had barely any lights so it always seemed dark. Would never book with them again

The building does have a variety of different studios and if only we had known about your issues we would have definitely tried to sort things out for you in the quickest way. Great location and felt safe and is close to Earl's court underground. Nice man who welcomed us and who we could contact if we had any issues. We stayed in a small double. 4 steps down to the room with a double bed in and small kitchen area and a separate shower room. Very small room with just enough space to walk sidewards beside the bed. If you had a big case there would be nowhere to put it. Access to a microwave and good size fridge was helpful. The cleaning was ok but the top of the cupboards had not been cleaned for a while. Bed comfy. The room heater was a bit difficult to figure out but we got there. Would I stay here again? would probably shop around but if you are looking for a base to sleep and options to make snacks then yes probably would return.

I was extremely disappointed in my stay here. This felt like a dorm room and did NOT look like the photos. The rooms were quite small, the bed was uncomfortable with poor quality linens, my desk chair was missing screws and provided one roll of toilet paper for x5 night stay. In addition, it didn't feel clean with hairs in the bathroom and cob webs on the ceiling. All I can say is the photos are NOT what the room looked like and they were unable to move me to a different room. I was in England for 3 weeks and this was the most expensive per night place I stayed and was sadly the worst condition. I would recommend staying at any other location surrounding the area - lots of other options.

Smooth check in. Great location- close to museums, pubs, grocery stores, coffee shops. Javier was quick to respond. Otherwise, bathroom was awful, everything gets wet after a shower because there’s no shower curtain or door, very “3rd world”. Furnishings are old, one chair for 3 people, stains on the walls, better decor from Salvation Army. Not on my list to stay next time.

Great stay!
The location is very convenient to Earls Court tube and restaurants, as well as Earls Ct and Cromwell Rd busses. Our room was comfortable and the kitchenette (complete with a small washer/dryer!) was a great feature to have after a previous week of regular hotel rooms. The shower is rather small and open to the rest of the bathroom, leaving the floor wet for a while, but we managed just fine. The only thing helpful would be a few drawers to unpack clothing. Great for a short stay!

The online pictures were quite deceiving. Apartment was very small with very little storage. The ‘kitchen’ area was very basic. We had to buy more cutlery and plates. There was no toaster. The walls were in need of a scrub. The bed barely fitted in the bedroom and there were no bedside tables. Having said that, the area was great with easy access to transport and shopping.

Lovely apartment in a great location
I enjoyed my first stay so I extended to a longer stay. Staff were very helpful and were able to offer me the same apartment and a mid stay clean and linen change. The area around the apartment is a clear winner, close to a tube station with excellent transport links and lots of places to eat out and great takeaway options. There's also a large tesco and large sainsburies close by which is great for stocking up and filling the apartment's fridge. The apartment was very large with plenty of space. The laundry facilities in the building are a great asset.

Great Location, well designed property
The property is excellently located, close to Earl's Court tube station and plenty of restaurants and shops. The property managers were friendly and helpful and quick to respond to emails. I got an early check in when I arrived which was really great service. The room itself, a lower ground floor studio, was nicely designed and decorated and a large size. It would do with a touch up of paint in some places but the decor was great. The bathroom was of a good size. There was plenty of space for luggage and a huge table which was great for WFH. The kitchen was a great asset, although it was lacking in knives and chopping boards for cooking. I enjoyed my stay so much i extended it by a few days, and they were happy to keep me in the same room which was great. We were also able to stay for an hour or so after checkout which is a great service.

The location is convenient, less than a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Station, and less than 3 minutes from a big Sainsburys. The team were efficient with communication, and were always available when needed. They arranged someone to come look at the kitchen sink when I initally had issues with the drainage. Sun rises on the side of the balcony, which is lovely. Really enjoyable stay, and would stay again

Nice decor and view
The room was spacious and decorated nicely. There was a great view from the windows. There wasn’t any shampoo and I needed a squeegee to get the water off the floor after having a shower as it was very slippery. Overall, lovely property. I booked again.

There was food in the fridge from the last guest. The floor was dirty. I swept it myself as fortunately there was a broom outside. No knives, only one fork and a couple of spoons. I really like this property but was disappointed this time in this room.

Management was super quick to respond and resolve any issues Water was problematic as at times there was no water pressure or hot water.
