We stayed here for four days and everything lived up to expectations. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff and the room was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Mooi hotel. Vroeger schoolgebouw. Wij hadden een senior classroom. Een mooie ruime kamer. In eerste instantie aan de achterkant die nogal rumoerig bleek vanwege de leveranties etc vanaf 7 uur s’ochtends. Na onze klacht keuze uit twee kamers aan de voorkant. Keurig opgelost. Super vriendelijk personeel en ontbijt-buffet en/of a la carte als je inclusief bij je kamer reserveert. Iedere dag flinke fles bronwater en gratis popcorn, chocolade, frisdrank uit de minibar. Super!!

Absolutely beautiful building the decor is fabulous. The communal spaces are lovely and spacious. My room was small but everything I needed was there. The bathroom is gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and informative. Very close to Tower bridge the location is convenient and historic. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Uniquely styled and well renovated hotel. Rooms have high ceilings and large windows, bathrooms have nice showers and bidet heated seat toilets. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the restaurant as we had other plans but it looks nice.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and modern, and the rooms were very comfortable with every amenities included. An extra benefit was having a free fridge with drinks and snacks in.

This hotel has an outstanding location minutes walk from Tower Bridge & Tower of London. It is a 10 minute walk from London Bridge train station. The staff at the hotel are outstanding & work tirelessly to insure you have everything you need. The hotel is very quiet and rooms are well equipped including an in room mini bar that is stocked free of charge daily. We had a Sr. Classroom which was very modernly appointed. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful ‘individual’ hotel 10mins walk from tower bridge station. Had a perfect night’s sleep- room was very quiet and comfortable. Free mini bar that can be restocked is a great bonus for a London hotel. The only problem we had was the lights kept going off ( room 311). Just before going to bed we couldn’t get them to come back on so just used a phone torch and went to sleep. Would have like a few more bathroom amenities ie. Shower gel and hand towels. Communal areas of the hotel are beautiful and v characterful.

Unique, boutique hotel in an old school building. Indian themed decor, friendly staff and amazing central location. 10 min walk to London Bridge station connects you to rail and underground. River front is 2 min walk and is rewarded with great views of Tower of London, Tower bridge. Walk to Tower Bridge. Taking tube from Heathrow required changing lines to get here. Restaurant closes at 10 pm with last orders at 9:30 pm. Food was excellent.

Aside from the first member of staff we met who was standing in the lobby area between the hotel and restaurant, who was blunt/bordering rude, every other person we dealt with was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The room was superb, spotlessly clean and stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. The location is ideal for many tourist attractions with plenty of lovely restaurants nearby too.

Overall the property is nice any the staff are very friendly. I was disappointed that the spa had been removed and thought car parking charge was expensive. In addition the lighting in the room poor and not good for make up application. The bathroom however very nice with some nice touches like heated toilet and large shower. Would not consider this to be 5 star however

Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Firstly , they charged me extra £100 not sure why as the amount does match the invoice they provided me. Secondly the WiFi does not work, horrible connection. Thirdly, the aircon was making weird noises and hardly worked. We had a dialogue issue with the staff although we were both speaking in English! I don’t know how they got five stars with these facilities and I am pretty sure their reviews must be fake.

Which was released the day you checked out.
