The staff were disgustingly rude towards my partner. We also didn’t sleep a wink due to the person staying above us was walking around all night. We paid £100 for a room that was even smaller than the average box room in a house/flat absolute rip off. The staff threatened me and my partner. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to. **AVOID**

Hi Bobby, thanks for your review. However allow me to clarify some of the facts. When you book a room, the checkin and check out times are clearly stated. You came in at a normal time after 2, but then woke up half the hotel at 3am as you could not use your keys properly after your night out at a concert and pubs. Your checkout time was at 11am, yet when our staff knocked on your door at 11.30 you refused to leave, shouting explicities annd stating you would checkout after 2pm our polite and calm team members. He then explained to you that the police would be called if you continued in this this manner. Maybe this was what you thought was the “threat”. Your abuse conitinued to magnify. This is when I was called in. I telephoned you and explained to you the checkout procedure and allowed you to leave at 12 as we had someone else checking in. I decided to do this without further charge as a good will gesture.And you review us like this? Nice! But you are an aggrieved person and have every right to express your opinions, but not when they are lies and out of bitter anger. We are NOT as you have stated, and our people were merely doing their duties which was obviously was difficult due your circumstances the heavy and late night you had. If you are ish to discuss this then you have put numbers and email.Many thanks

Couldn’t get in
We were unable to get into the building because the fob didn’t work, and the staff on site replaced the fob but didn’t check it from the outside and expected us to believe it would work later in the night. We therefore didn’t feel safe to stay and cut our trip short, and the manager was very rude and unhelpful when we emailed to ask for a refund because their lock was too faulty for us to feel safe staying.

Awesome Apartment!
Great location - tube station and grocery stores just 5 mins walk away. Finsbury Park in front of the hotel.. Neat & clean rooms with all the comforts. Very caring & hospitable team. Enjoyed our stay !

Perfect location with a car
Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Due to us using the car the hotel had parking but it was a quite a walk, however there are a lot of restaurants and two good pubs on the walk. Perfect location outside the congestion zone with great acces to the tube. The room has everything needed for a short stay, for us the bed was a little small as we are used to a larger one. The only drawback was the traffic noise so if you dont have earplugs and are a light sleeper ask Andy for a room at the back. Staff especially Andy are great really helpfull.

Horrible at first, perfect after second chance.
My first night was the worst night I had in years in a hotel. Noise from other rooms, people smoking in the private garden next to my window in the middle of the night, permanent light above the door. Fortunately the staff was very open en immediately gave me an other room for the other nights. After that I had a very pleasant stay and slept like a rock.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, les employés de l’hôtel sont à l'écoute est serviable. Nous avons eu à notre arrivée un plateau de sucreries (très belle attention). Notre chambre était très bien, la taille est correct, bon rapport qualité/prix . Quartier plutôt calme durant notre séjour. Seul problème : la climatisation de la salle de bain. En période de froid, c'est horrible, il fait aussi froid dans la salle de bain qu'à l’extérieur ! peut être y mettre un chauffage ? sinon rien à signaler

If you want your weekend ruined, book here!
Hotels.com should immediately stop representing this shocking place! We arrived only to be told our room was no longer available due to maintenance. The guy on the desk couldn’t give a toss and made no attempts to contact me in advance. His offer to relocate us to their sister hotel wasn’t acceptable due to the distance and travel time as we were already late for our event. We had to get ready in the car and find alternative accomafation at double the cost otherwise we’d have missed our event completely. We finally arrived at the event 2 hours late! Trip advisor reviews show that this is a regular occurrence. The place clearly has no idea of what customer service is and regularly ruins people’s weekends!

Decent B&B type hotel.
Studio room had everything i needed, comfy enough bed, the service was great, the toiletries well-stocked; the food was hit or miss: espresso/americano drinks/ orange juice were great; food that i enjoyed: pasta of the day with a greek salad and the full english breakfast. I ordered the "italian pizza" comparable to a cheap frozen pizza and it was a bit over-cooked. Every day the kitchen would make fresh crossaints, always smelled amazing by the room. The courtyard would have been a lovely place to take breakfast, if you feel so inclined. Also the hotel did a decent job of stocking snacks and beverages in the fridge.Would stay again.

The staff were really nice and helpful. But, the facilities were below average. No hot water sometimes, and needed to pay extra for the use of kitchen. Overall was average!

Meget venligt personale. Tæt på undergrunden, Manor House. Gåafstand 7 min. Vi kunne tjekke ind to timer før normal indtjekning mod at betale 20 pund. Værelser var ok. Der var en lampe, der ikke virkede, den blev hurtigt lavet. Toiletskraldespanden var ikke tømt, da vi ankom, men efter første overnatning blev den tømt. Personalet havde endda ryddet lidt op på værelset, redt sengene pænt og vi fik rene håndklæder hver dag. Personalet var meget børnevenlige. De lagde påskelammet og chokolader til vores søn i anledning af påsken. Der var dejligt roligt under vores ophold. Der var mulighed for at lave mad selv med mini køkken og man kunne købe morgenmad m.m. og få det bragt, når det passede en.

Lovely place & great location except 4 breakfast
The location for this hotel is great! A short walk from the tube station and about 20-30mins to central London. The actual hotel/apartments are really nice. Good size, pleasant staff and great facilities. However no lift, not a problem for us but bear in mind if you need a ground floor room. The deposit compared to other apartments is low, so that was also a real plus! The only let down is breakfast and the accompanying service. Breakfast is served in the rooms, but was brought up to us cold and 10 minutes apart. Which means that you can't eat together! When we complained the only option given was another breakfast, which would have delayed our travel plans. Not being given a refund/discount or even the option of it was a real low point, and is the only reason I would consider staying elsewhere. Additionally, we had messaged to ask what time food service closed, yet to receive an answer. After waiting we went down to the reception but the guy at the desk was also unable to advise what time food service was available (the first evening). If we had known at the time how close we were to the high street we would have gone there (approx 5 mins walk from the hotel are several shops, bars, restaurants, Sainsbury's, McDs etc - so I would recommend doing that instead!!) Overall a great spot, convenient, good amenities close by... but I would never EVER order food whilst staying there.
