I stayed here from the 1st of March to the 6th of March. My stay was great. There was a issue with my room the first day and they upgraded me to a even better and bigger room. The staff was lovely. The man in the reception is very kind and very helpful. They continually greet you with a big smile. The location is perfect. You literally have everything around there. I will be booking this hotel next time I visit London.

The shower was not usable. The "rain head" had not been descaled in ages. Too much furniture in a small room ... would have suited a single bed. Small radiator swamped by the bed was cold despite extra blanket.

Amazing !!!
Beautiful stay at this hotel , staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and very comfortable, don’t hesitate to book just book ( the rooms look newly built aswell) and as for the shower the shower was 10/10 it comes out at such a beautiful pace you can adjust it so you don’t have to hold the shower either , I really enjoyed my stay here for such a reasonable price

Ali ist sehr nett und bemüht. Die Unterkunft an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Bett war leider sehr "durchgelegen", das Bad miniklein - aber für die 3 Nächte ging es. Mein Physio freut sich nun ;-)

Excellent, will be back.
I enjoyed it and I plan to be back. Marks on the sink were a bit off putting, could do with a mini renovation. Was impressed with the iron and hairdryer when requested. Manager is excellent and helpful. So much in walking distance. Easy to receive food deliveries by meeting at the door. Nice warm and hot water. Appreciate the kettle, mugs, glasses, microwave and the right amount of hangers in the wardrobe. Housekeeping is every other day. Think this needs to be updated online but that was okay for us and you can always request if you need something in between such as fresh towels. Appreciate the net curtains to keep the light coming in and maintain privacy at the same time. An important thing that we look for when booking.

Low standards.
Postives: Manager is very nice and very helpful. Three slots for parking at the front so first come first serve. There are parking spaces in surrounding roads free from 18:30 to 08:30. Hotel in Ilford Town Centre and easy access to train stations and shops. Negatives: Initially stayed in a room and was not happy due to pungent smell from the bathroom, and was not clean. In addition there the shower heads were broken. Informed the manager regarding this and rectified the issue by moving us to another room which was better. We still had a problem where hot water seems to stop working at night so there have been nights were we could not shower at night. Room curtains were very dusty, personally never had a problem before but I was constantly sneezing and congested therefore had to take antihistamines to overcome the issue.

Good value for money and clean!
Was lovely stay. Room was clean and tidy. My only quarm is that the hotel is on a busy one way street so there’s a bit of noise. Also, as my stay was in the summer - it was extremely hot. However, did get a fan when I asked for one.

Room way too small
Room was very small. Much smaller than on pictures. We had a baby as well and we were struggling. Bed and tv table less than half feet apart and baby hit badly trying to squeeze in between.

Hi Thankyou for staying with us. You have not mentioned in your reservation that you have a baby with you. We could have arranged a family room for you for a little extra cost. You had to look after your baby as that was your responsibility but we apologise for any inconvenience.

Ottimo soggiorno.
Personale disponibilissimo e accogliente. Posizione comoda a due passi dalla stazione Ilford e da una via piena di negozi (tra cui Primark) ed un centro commerciale con molti servizi (tra cui posti economici per mangiare come burger king). Stanza carina e pulizia impeccabile! Ci sono inoltre Molte prese usb per caricare i dispositivi nella stanza.Unica pecca (irrilevante) odore forte di cibi nei corridoi dell’hotel (ma non nelle stanze).

I was terribly disappointed when i booked for a hotel room based on pictures on the internet, just to get there and end up living in a loft. The description of the room should have been made clear, which was not so. Whilst the customer service was great- especially the lady in the reception (Mandie) who was exceptionally helpful- the hotel service could improve on its value offering to customers. For instance you check in late 3pm and check out too early (10m)- that could be adjusted to flexible checking and not too early checkout. These long boring piece is not intended to undermine the place or some of the good things in the hotel, but i thought that the feedback might help the hotel for future improvement

Newly renovated hotel, hidden from noisy road
This is newly renovated hotel still very fresh. Person at the reception was very helpful, I was able to keep the luggage very much earlier than check in time and on check out date kept luggage late since my flight was late in the evening.

Nearly a good place
As a new hotel it is in a good location and is very clean and fresh. There are however a few minor things thad need addressing such as they have one communal ironing board which has a ripped cover and falls off. They also only have one iron. It is also advertised that you have tea and coffee in your room and this is in the pictures but this is not the case. A few minor tweaks and this could be a great little hotel as it has excellent wifi, great location and comfy beds.
