'Mattress was a little hard but other than that the place was good'

'This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. '

'Everything was great with some exceptions - There was very little water pressure in the shower, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable and the room smelled like body odor. We noticed the whole hotel had a little bit of a smell to it, so we didn't ask for a new room.'

'The hotel was perfect for my two night stay. Close to everything in town, clean, and comfortable.'

'The property was easy to get to and close to restaurants. It had some issues. The freezer was a solid block of ice so we couldn't use it. Also, one of our towels had a softball size hole in it. The beds were fine and breakfast was good.'

'The king bed was very comfortable but the actual toilet was not firmly attached to the floor. It would wobble every time you’d sit on it. It was annoying! The breakfast was very good. '

'We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too. '

'Staff checked us in quickly, room was ready to go, no waiting. Very informative staff regarding where to eat and how to get there. Wonderful after a long day on the road for these senior people.'

'We had pets with us and our room was easily accessible to the outside. This was great! We had trouble with our TV and it was immediately handled with kindness. Breakfast was great!'
