LANGSTE BEACH'S BESTE GEVANG GEHEIM - AANBIDDELIJKE CONDO MET 1 SLAAPKAMER !!

BeachHaven Condo ligt net ten noorden van de stad en is een juweel van een accommodatie. Momenteel slechts 1 slaapkamer (binnenkort 2) en 1 badkamer en garage voor 2 wagens. Alles op maat. overdekt terras en prachtig ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt om te ontspannen op het strand, met inbegrip van elektrische liggende bank en love seat. Ga bij het haardvuur zitten en neem wat tv of films in op de 65-inch JVC-tv met surround sound of leg uw kingsize bed in de kamer en kijk daar. Geen detail over het hoofd gezien. Een korte wandeling naar restaurants en een directe lijn naar geplaveide toegang tot het strand. Foto's spreken voor zich, maar het komt persoonlijk veel beter uit. Nieuw vermeld. ALLE NIEUWE MEUBELS (niet de overblijfselen van vervlogen tijden .....). Je wilt terugkomen. Of zoals de 1e gast zei: "we zijn sprakeloos ....."

This is a beautiful, tastefully decorated one bedroom get away just a 25 minute walk down the Discovery Trail to town. Private deck. Huge jet tub. Everything you need for a quiet get away for two.

A two story building with garages downstairs and living space up. Initial entry through back door with coded key box. After that you can enter through right hand garage with garage door opener. You must park your car in the other garage because the neighboring driveways come right up to the garage doors. Its a little bit of a hassle getting in and out, which you will because its pretty far to town. About 25 minutes walking. There are 14 stairs to get to the living area. Upstairs, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are all nicely appointed and were exceptionally clean. Comfortable leather recliner couches in the living room and a big TV. (I would suggest a few instructions on handling the two remotes) Wonderful, well-equipped kitchen with pretty much everything you need to cook at home. (I would suggest a few more zip-lock bags AND the grout could use some work) Nice clean bathroom just down the hall from the bedroom with large jetted tub. No soap/shampoo dispenser which would have been nice. The bedroom features comfortable king size bed and big TV. The wrap-around deck is nice but needed cleaning. It smells moldy and the glass in the railing is really dirty. We had to tote the chairs up from the garage. Moreover, this is a very nice unit, two blocks off the hwy. Pretty far north of town. The Discovery Trail is a 6 minute walk. Trail leads south to boardwalk. About 25 minutes. We might stay here again if we couldn't get closer to town and the ocean.

Exactly what was advertised!
Great spot! Clean, well appointed. Nice bed and couches. Beach and town access was great. Loved our time exploring Cape Disappointment State Park. Adrift Pickled Fish and Shelburne restaurants were 10 stars!

Private escape
This is a well-decorated, solidly furnished home away from home. The photos accurately depict the interiors. I especially appreciated all the big windows allowing the light to play around the rooms. The furniture is very comfortable and generously proportioned. The house is easy to find and the garage situation is ideal. All the appliances were in working order and the cupboards were filled with everything one would need to prepare and serve meals. Towels and bedding were of good quality. It’s an easy walk down the access road to the beach trails and you can walk into town on a quiet backstreet parallel to the main drag. We had an issue which was successfully resolved by the owner. Communication was easy via text.

No cleaning done prior to our stay.
We arrived at the unit for a 5 night stay to find dirty sheets on the floor, the bed not made and found that the unit had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The owner was contacted and indicated that the cleaning person was in the hospital. He also indicated that that no one would be available to clean the unit. We found clean sheets and made the bed and cleaned the unit during our stay. The owner indicated he would give us a partial refund. We fixed several things and discussed other things that needed to be addressed with the owner. We still have not heard anything about the partial refund. The unit was a very nice unit in a nice location that has not been taken care of by the owner and the cleaning people.

The weather was not good. But we were at the beach. We got to experience freezing rain at the beach. The next day when the sun shone in the ice covered beach grass was beautiful! This is our second time staying here. Lovely place.

Lovely, modern condo close to the beach
Lovely condo, walking distance to downtown Long Beach. Very clean. The parking requirements were a bit confusing at first, but very understandable once we saw the overall parking situation. We had a little blip with communication via the VRBO app, but email to the property manager worked.

We had a bit of trouble finding my the neighbors were so helpful. The place is EXACTLY like the pictures. Being a short older woman, chubby, and short legs, getting in and out of the shower was a challenge, but my husband & I had some great laughs. Wwe will definitely use again
