We do have floor plans on the website and we send them to all guests prior to arrival with the lofts clearly labeled so be sure the next time you book to take a close look at the floor plans. HI Ed, as the owner of Bloomer Estates I hate to see reviews like this. You should never have arrived to a less than sparkling hot tub. It was my understanding that we did refund the entire hot tub fee after cleaning it immediately. On the fees, we hate to get blamed for charges out of our control (ones VRBO charges on top of cleaning and hot tub fee). However, none of these are hidden, AND you were able to book 7 nights for the cost of 4 during out off-season special. So overall you still got a great rate for an amazing home.
