'Great communication, location and everything you could need was already there'

'Stayed July 3–5, 2025 with my wife via VRBOWe had a fantastic stay at Bolstad West for the holiday weekend. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home....

'We brought my mother-in-law for an overnight, as the beach is her most favorite place, and to kick-off celebrating her up and coming 80th birthday! Our hosts made check-in and out easy, and the condo is exactly as listed with probably the best stocked kitchen we have experienced while staying in a Vrbo get away. Sunsets are amazing right from the balcony! Will most definitely stay longer next time.'

'We’ve now stayed at this property twice and will continue for our annual Doggy Vacation (we bring our pup here every year…she LOVES the beach!). It’s clean, the perfect size and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. We love that it’s outside the main town; just a short, beautiful walk through the dunes and you’re at the beach…where most often, you have it to yourselves. No crowds, peaceful and wonderful!'

'Stunning! From the kitchen to the bathroom the cleaniness was superb. The view is exactly as listed in the images providing a true experience beyond the comfort of the stay. Wonderful private access to the beach as well. Will most certainly return!'

'The property was perfect for a long weekend. The location was ideal for visiting the beach and the city center. Day trips to close towns were also easy. The property management company was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely return to this property.'

'My sister and I enjoyed this house very much. The first day was extremely stormy so we felt fortunate to have such a relaxing and cozy place to hang out. Very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the fireplace. The beds weren't the most comfortable we have had but were fine. I struggled a bit with the lock but staff was very accessible to help. It was a great location to get to a lot of different places. Do yourself a favor and walk out the back gate to check out Sadie and Josie's Bakery. Truly...

'Amazing location in the heart of Long Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. Checking in was super simple and easy. Right when you walk in you get a cozy feeling. All of the amenities provided right down to the toothbrushes in to the bathroom were amazing. There were a couple minor mentions to the owner, who responded very quickly. The backyard was perfect for 3 kids to run around and play when we weren't out seeing the town. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is...

'It was in great location near my home in Ocean Park. I will not in a hotel if I am going be staying more then 3 days. VRBO is the best way.'

'It is a very special place to stay. Very quite and safe. Also, Brian was great about solving any problems that came up during our stay. You do need a car while staying there, though.'

'Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty...
