'Wetherly Inn has been the highlight of my stay on Salt Spring Island. It is a beautifully crafted, family run but very sophisticated luxury boutique hotel. Very secluded and romantic both the room and the gardens/pool etc., so much that the hotel is the best choice for romantic couples I believe. It gave me the chance to rest and take a refuge from the busy daily life as a solo traveler. Renting a car is necessary if you plan to take excursions during your stay and especially if you plan to dine...

'Quiet, restful and just the island retreat we needed. The host was excellent and there if we needed anything. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with anything me might have needed. The deck had a great view looking east to Galiano Island. The house is 13 minutes from Ganges and we regularly saw deer beside the road close to the house.'

'Over all it was a great stay. The location is right by the airport that is why I picked it. I was already out on the island for a week and this capped off my trip. My sister and I stayed on the property. It was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Only thing I will note for others, is the bedroom does not have blackout blinds so bring your sleep mask. The internet is very hit and miss as well but that may have been due to the rain, not sure. The walkway is super steep going...
