'The real draw for us was the proximity to Foxwoods and the fenced in yard for my son to run and play. We were pleased to find the house just as described: a bit rustic but charming and with plenty of space for us to spread out. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We didn’t have time to make use of the kayaks/pond but the kids enjoyed a s’mores night at the fire ring, and were treated to a gorgeous display of fireflies at sundown. 'The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. 'Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. Nice central location for friends coming in from NJ, NH, MA and CT. Property was clean and well-kept, and a person shoveled the snow before we even got outside the next morning. Thanks again, Dan.'
