'The hotel staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The property was pretty beat up including guest rooms and especially hallway and lobby furnishings. There were layers of stains on the chairs in the breakfast area. Again, the staff was great and worked hard to make our experience pleasant, including bringing us extra blankets in the evening and keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The hotel ownership needs to invest in the property to go with the amazing people who work there.'

'Room was super huge but not very friendly staff when we checked in. It was Iike she dreaded being there. Person staying above us was stomping most of the night. We checked out at 4;15 am because of it.'

'First time saying at this hotel. Rooms were dirty, floors in bathroom dirty, felt like they only make the bed and wipe nothing down. Toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff gave us a clearly dirty plunger in a bag to unclog our self. sections of the wall paper cut out in squares on the wall in the bathroom with looks to be mold or stains. Shower had good pressure and clean but water leaked out of the door because the door seal damaged. We sat outside by the "firepit" all the chars around...

'had to go buy a swiffer to clean floor- my socks were black. used an entire 20 pack and then socks only gray. first room toilet wouldn’t flush. moved to another one and had to keep towels on floor because the back of toilet leaked. bathroom door barely hanging on - screws on bottom hinge out of frame. rust hole on tub. housekeeping can in our room 1st day even though was told extended stay would only do every 3 days and we said none please and put the DND sign on door.
