📋 QUICK & EASY PRE-ARRIVAL STEPS

We want your arrival to be as easy and stress-free as possible. After booking, we’ll send everything you need, but here’s what to expect:

• HOA GUEST REGISTRATION: Emerald Lakes requires a quick guest registration form with basic information such as your stay dates, number of guests, and vehicles. It takes about 1 minute to complete.

• PET & ANIMAL SCREENING: All reservations complete a quick BetterPet Passport screening after booking, whether you’re bringing a pet, requesting accommodation for an assistance animal, or traveling without any pets or animals. More details are below.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: A short rental agreement is required for Vrbo reservations and is completed electronically after booking.

We know pets are family too… and we’d love to welcome your well-behaved dogs 🐶

• Maximum 2 dogs
• Less than 50 lbs preferred
• First pet fee: $120
• Second pet fee: $70
• Pets must be disclosed before arrival
• Please keep pets off beds and furniture
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
• Undisclosed pets will result in a $300 fee and may be grounds for removal

The peaceful Pocono setting and outdoor space make this a wonderful getaway for guests traveling with dogs.
