Prive Club Villa op Long Boat Key w / Olympische gemeenschap zwembad

Villa ligt op 15 stappen van uw eigen privéstrand met suikerzandbaai, Cedars East Resort is een unieke vakantiebestemming met een paradijselijke setting van palmen, mangroven en groen in Florida langs wandelpaden van cederplanken door het hele gebouw. Grachten en een visdok aan de baai versterken het tropische gevoel van deze prachtige omgeving. Als een dag op de prachtige witte zandstranden niet uw keuze is, is het junior olympische zwembad misschien iets voor u.

Met de herenhuisomgeving ontbreekt er een gevoel van privacy en ruimtelijkheid bij andere dicht opeengepakte voorzieningen. Er is een ruime afgesloten garage voor één auto en voldoende parkeerplaatsen voor gasten. Dit toestel ligt op een steenworp afstand van het mini-baaistrand waar u een kajak kunt lanceren, op een vlot kunt loungen of in het kristalheldere water van de baai kunt waden. In de omgeving zijn natuurpaden en een 32 hectare groot natuurreservaat met wandelpaden.

Nieuwe accessoires en verf werden eind 2013 toegevoegd en ingericht met de hulp van een professionele ontwerper. Nieuwere tweepersoons slaapbank, love seat en overvolle stoel in de woonkamer met 9 voet plafonds geven een ruim, comfortabel gevoel; accessoires geven het een warme, uitnodigende sfeer. Flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer. De grote grote kamer, eetkamer en keuken bevinden zich op de begane grond, samen met een half bad. Boven is er een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer, dubbele wastafels en nog een flatscreen-tv. De gast slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden, tv, telefoon met een ligbad naast de deur. Sofa in de woonkamer wordt omgezet in ruim, comfortabel queensize bed. Een gescreende Lanai met een klein uitzicht op de baai is een geweldige plek voor ontbijt 's ochtends. Kom en geniet van een omgeving die gezinsvriendelijk en intiem is. Full size wasmachine en droger in de buurt van slaapkamers. Gloednieuw dit seizoen: donzige witte handdoeken in het hoofdbad en dikke koraalhanddoeken in het tweede volledige bad. 4 extra grote strandlakens ook nieuw.

De omgeving is perfect om te fietsen en je ziet veel fietsers op de wegen en voetpaden. Een fietsverhuur plaatsen in de buurt.

Sleutelwoorden: herenhuis met drie verdiepingen; slechts twee eenheden per gebouw geven privacy, veel natuurlijk licht en extra rust. Afgesloten grote garage en berging op de begane grond; gescreend Lanai uit tweede verdieping woonkamer; slaapkamers op het derde niveau. stappen naar baai strand, 8 min naar St. Armand's, dicht bij het eiland Annamarie, vlakbij het centrum van Sarasota, de volgende sleutel naar beneden is Siesta Key Beach, moet een bezoek brengen aan Ringling Museum (gratis op ma), gekozen voor Fla # 1 attractie. Jungle Garden en Mote Marina ook leuk voor kinderen. Geweldige winkels / restaurants in St. Armand's cirkel en het centrum van Sarasota.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The island was so quiet and beautiful. The home was a short walk to sunsets and beaches. It is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and the neighborhood pool. Our host was excellent. She responded quickly with any questions and gave us the best restaurants to go to and where to enjoy the beach. The home had bikes which I enjoyed taking morning rides. It also had many other amenities I enjoyed, including a fan. It’s the small things that made our stay pleasurable.

We loved staying at this condo with own little bay, fishing pier and great shared pool. Perfect size property for a family of four and very comfortable. There are some good restaurants in walking distance and great base for exploring the local area. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. It was bright and cheerful and very clean. We appreciated how comfy the beds were. The beach was a short walk. And just around the corner steps away was a tide pool that we could go explore marine life during low tide. That was a favorite for our family. The sunset at the beach is incredible. They had everything we needed for our stay. We will stay at this townhome again.

We were super comfortable and had a great stay at this condo! Everything inside was beautiful, roomy, comfy, and thoughtfully provided for! We especially enjoyed the pleasant & accommodating living area, the peaceful screened porch, the full size dining table for meals, well stocked kitchen with plenty of room for four adults to move about in, oh so comfy king mattress in master, generous capacity laundry convenient to bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and garage, so no worries about getting caught in rainy weather! TVs and internet worked great! The community landscaping is lovely and facilities are awesome, especially the over-sized well-kept pool! Close to the beach & great restaurants too, and bikes were provided to explore the beautiful area. Hosts were super sweet and responsive! You can reserve here without worries -- we are so glad we did! Enjoyed it so much -- big thank you to our hosts!

Fantastic place that was located minutes from beaches…where we spent a lot of time. Close to interesting attractions such as Ringling Museums, tours and shopping. This location is quiet and feels like you are at home but with sun and sand. Definitely going to come back here!

We had a great four week stay. The location is perfect with just a short drive to Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach and St Armond's Square. Durante Park is less than 1 mile away for walks or runs. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors very friendly with lots of dogs. The condo has a very convenient lay out with a kitchen, dining and living area on the 1st floor and two bedrooms and two walk in showers on the 2nd floor. The king bed was very comfortable. We couldn't ask for anymore.

Elicia was very cooperative in responding to our questions. The neighborhood was very quiet. The home had everything that was needed for cooking. We went to Coquina Beach every day (3.5 miles away). We also enjoyed sitting on the bay (2 minute walk) between high & low tide watching the boats fly by. We usually had the pool to ourselves. We'll be back! Pat & Ingrid

This place comes as advertised: clean, modern, safe.Everything you need for relaxing is already there. We stayed for 9 days and very comfortably with 2 pups in some very hot/humid weather. Small beaches w/in walking distance, larger ones a short drive. Owner was super-responsive sending a replacement coffee-maker "next day" delivery. Highly recommend if you want to check out AMI, Longboat and Lido Keys.

Our third time back to this same vacation rental on Longboat Key. We have stayed in the complex in the past and keep coming back to this super clean, well maintained condo. Updated bath, and brand new kitchen appliances since last time we were here. We also noticed there were new sofas and comfy beds. We are extremely appreciative of the friendly hosts who always make it easy with all of the beach stuff (wagon, chairs cooler, bikes etc) in the garage. She even sent me a wine opener on Amazon since there wasn’t one there this time. Loved it all! We are already booked for next year.

We have been vacationing in Longboat Key the last 5 years. The owners of this property were the most tentative owners we have ever been involved in. They provided us with a number of suggestions regarding what beaches to go to and the many restaurants that were available. Their property was everything that we could ask for. We appreciated the use of the bikes that came with the unit. I loved the showers, that appeared to be pretty new and having the outdoor space for breakfast and a glass of wine at night. Loved having the use of the garage that helped keep our car cool during the very hot days of the Florida sun. Also liked having the garage door openers that made it easy entering and leaving the unit. Looking forward to next year!!

Having grown up in Sarasota I’m very familiar with the area and bring my family ( two young kids) to longboat once a year and had never stayed at Cedar East before. The community is lovely but this condo is not. Upon checking in I discovered dirty glasses put away, floors that had not been washed, pilled sheets with hair on them, mattress covers and pillows with stains all over, and dust covered vents. Besides lack of cleanliness it was dangerous with cracked tiles on the shower floors which could of cut my kids feet, pieces of pant hanging of the walls. The AC on the first floor did not work which the owner said was to be repaired that Monday cause the fan was broken which believe it or not was the least of this places’ issues. Also we were told there was a stain on the master bedroom carpet before checkin in, more like the entire carpet in the condo is stained and needs to be replaced. Since it is spring break there were not many options to move, but I went to the Cedar East office and was able to secure another unit, it was a lower rate and so beautifully kept. But such a huge inconvenience and stress to have on our first couple of days of our vacation. Although I was refunded in the end, I don’t want another family to experience this on what is suppose to be a fun, relaxing vacation.

We so enjoyed our time in this condo. It was quiet and so lovely. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. It was cold the first few days so just stayed in and cooked and played games but plenty of room to spread out. Will definitely stay again sometime.

We had the best time at this Longboat Key location. The pictures online do not do the space justice, it is very spacious , bright and open. The one car garage is an excellent feature especially since the Florida heat can be so brutal for your vehicle. The beds were comfortable and the showers were large and upgraded. One of the location’s perks we loved the most was the bay access and dock. During high tide, the bay access simply looks like an opening in the trees to see the beautiful waters of the area, but at low tide the water recedes and reveals a wide, damp beach filled with shells, sea urchins, hermit crabs and mollusks. We took our fishing rods and would stand at the edge of the water at sunset and fish. The dock was quiet and tucked away in the back of the property. We saw dolphins and manatees several times. It was great! The unit has a couple of bikes, that where perfect for getting to the private beach on the opposite side of the property. The bike ride was 5-7 mins max. This beach is mostly quiet and a great place to swim and also watch the dramatic Longboat sunsets. The host was attentive and informative and if we had any questions she answered promptly and professionally. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful vacation in Longboat Key, and this was the perfect place for us. The owner is super sweet and very helpful. The house is very well stocked right down to the beach towels and chairs, and well maintained. The location was perfect for us. My husband is an avid runner and really loved being so close to Joan Durante park for his morning runs, the beach access is very close, although we did like going over to Coquina Beach. The community is great, very friendly people, and the pool was never over crowded. There's so much to do in the area, we had a really great day trip over to Sarasota to visit the Ringling Muesem. Did a Dolphin tour over on Anna Maria Island. Great week, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
