You will be able to enjoy its large outdoor space with landscaped garden, terrace and barbecue, perfect for convivial meals throughout the summer.

Located just 10 minutes' drive from the sea, you can enjoy it at any time and dedicate the rest of your stay to discovering this magnificent region and its many activities.



Upon arrival at this house, you will enter through the kitchen with its dining table. Fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a citrus press, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo. You will also find a raclette and fondue set, a waffle maker, a Thermomix as well as a food processor. Just next to it is the lounge area with the sofa, the television, a stove (decorative) and a desk. You will also discover a veranda with a second lounge area and a view of the garden.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Master suite (ground floor): has 2 single beds (90/190) pushed together to form a double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): has a Queen Size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 3 (upstairs): has a double bed (140/190)

Bedroom 4 (upstairs): has two single beds (90/190)



A second bathroom is located upstairs. For your comfort, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron are at your disposal.



For parking, you will have 3 parking spaces in front of the house.
