Come and stay in this lovely renovated and stylish house, with its beautiful exposed beams on the ceiling and modern design. It can accommodate up to 9 people, ideal for wonderful family holidays or time with friends.

Whether in summer to enjoy the enclosed garden, the large terrace with its plancha or barbecue, or in winter by the stove, this house is ideal for sharing convivial moments. Located just 4 km from the first beach, you can easily go there for a refreshing swim.



Upon your arrival at this house, you will discover the living area with the lounge providing access to the garden and the dining table right next to it. You will also have access to the open and fully equipped kitchen; you will find everything you need for cooking with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a bean-to-cup coffee machine.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has a Queen size bed (160/200) as well as a private bathroom

Bedroom 2: on the first floor: has a double bed (140/190)

Bedroom 3: on the first floor: has a Queen size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 4: on the first floor: has a double bed (140/190) and a single bed (90/190), ideal for a child.



The house has a shared bathroom with a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available if needed. There are also 2 toilets, one of which is independent.



You will also find 3 televisions and board games available.



To park, 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house. There are also some outside the house if necessary. Up to 8 bicycles can be left in the bicycle storage room.
