'Lovely place. My 70th birthday with my family including children & babies. It was perfect for everyone. Nice area, muddy walk into the woods. 5 minutes into Morpeth which was looking lovely with Christmas lights'

'This is the best room i have stayed in within this kind of setting. I booked a single budget room. It was brilliant. Very large room with a small double bed in it , much better than a single bed. Lovely bedding. Lovely spacious bathroom with fabulous products.no need to bring your own. Great brands of tea, coffee and biscuits. At breakfast i ask ed for mine to be cooked well done however it came back with pale bacon and sausage. All i ate was the egg. However their was lovely berries, greek...

'Staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of free parking, bedroom clean and bed comfortable with good pillows, stayed three nights and no noise at night in the hotel.'

'Zeer mooie ruime kamer, helaas is er geen raam dat open kan. Het ontbijt in de voormalibe stallen is ook zeer leuk en goed al was net de eerste ochtend haotisch vanwege de vele gasten dje allemaal op dezelfde tijd kwamen eten.'

'Mandy rang us to ask what time we would expect to be there on the day, then met us as we parked up. Mandy was very friendly and warm. There were fresh cakes and coffee/tea when you are in the reception, you help yourself. Everything was spotless. The room was amazing, under floor heating in the bathroom was a treat. The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was perfect, the french toast was epic, you won't need lunch, the portion was a great size. I would recommend the home made granola, delicious....
