Prospect is one of the coolest neighborhoods, and this carriage place was a perfect spot for a couple to explore the restaurants and shops. The carriage house was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well appointed for cooking Easter dinner. The hosts were super responsive. I especially liked the lovely vase of tulips, care package and thank you note upon arrival . I highly recommend it, and will be back!

Check-in was a breeze we arrived and entered with the code they had assigned in advance. The carriage house looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and supplied with everything you could possible need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Walking distance to a park, and a restaurant.The Rocky Mountains were within an hours drive. So much to do. Communication was fast and easy. We enjoyed our visit and if we visit Colorado again we would definitely stay at the carriage house.

Our stay was wonderful! Check-in was easy and smooth. The carriage was clean and nestled in a really nice little urban community with a park and a great area to go for a walk. Our hosts were very communicative and thoughtful! We were welcomed with a goodie bag and there were lots of toys and books for kids of all ages in the home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!

Farm camp

My daughter had farm camp across the street at Sunflower Farms and this was the perfect home base for us for the week! The property was perfectly and thoughtfully stoked and so very comfortable. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We had a great week.

Lovely Carriage House in Coolest Neighborhood

We had a fantastic 3 weeks in this beautiful and modern (but still cozy) carriage house in Prospect Neighborhood. Samantha and Chris were fantastic hosts with great communication for check in and were kindly willing to accommodate a last minute schedule request. When an unseasonable cold snap came through they quickly made sure that we were warm enough (we were!) and had all the snow shoveled before we were even out of bed. The carriage house was extremely clean and is even prettier than the pictures with very comfortable bed and lovely linens. It was well stocked so we were even able to prepare some meals though we loved walking to the neighborhood restaurants or taking a quick drive up to Main Street. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for being such great hosts!

Cozy with Great Location

Loved my stay! The unit is flawless and well designed with so many thoughtful touches for guests. Location was also great and as a solo female traveler I felt completely safe. Prospect is a beautiful neighborhood and I quickly jumped on the highway to head to Boulder for hikes, other surrounding towns or around Longmont. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could!

Wonderful experience

Great attention to detail; everything needed was there and more; delightful decor. So clean, it felt like we were the first ones ever to stay. Will be our first pick when revisiting the Boulder/Estes Park area. 5 star + !
