'House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.'

'We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...

'This is a beautiful cozy space, and we loved staying here! Donna was friendly and very communicative, and she makes her guests feel right at home! There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we would return in a second the next time we’re in Little Rock!'

'Very well taken care of and clean. With two living areas, one with TV and the other with a fireplace and open floor plan you’re never over crowded. Kitchen has everything and more than you will need.FYI the bedrooms upstairs are connected and you have to walk through the main Bedroom to reach the 2nd and the Bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. Works well with really good friends or families with small children. The owner/manager was always available and quick to respond. '

'I booked this property to accommodate 5 adult members of my family while visiting Little Rock. The property was clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Though spacious, the property is warm, inviting, and cozy. My personal favorite feature was all the ADA compliance which ensured the accessibility and comfort of ALL my family, including an amputee. "People using weed in the building. Room (studio) itself was large with enough amenities ( large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemachine and toaster). Floor was sticky at some places and the warning to lock and use the deadlock wasn’t very assuring about safety. Good for a night."
