'Great communication with rental group. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is close to Ruby Falls. The location is right off a busy road, so there is road noise. With the window air conditioner and a white noise maker (provided by the motel), noise level was acceptable for sleep. '
