Wedding Weekend Festivities
I booked three of Marcie's houses on the same street in Lookout Mountain for a four-night wedding celebration. With a total of 20 rooms accommodating over 40 family members, every guest had a delightful stay. We hosted consecutive events, and the generously spacious kitchen with multiple fridges for food and ice was a tremendous asset. The banquet room, seating all 60 guests, served as the centerpiece for each gathering (Henna night, Casino Party, Wedding). The picturesque lake and deck, framed by majestic trees, provided an ideal backdrop for our photos. Most importantly, Marcie, the owner, went above and beyond, offering invaluable assistance that made my wedding weekend absolutely seamless.

Shadha, Noel, and their families were about the sweetest, kindest, gentle, clean, thoughtful people you could imagine! I consider Shadha & Noel friends ! Any host would be Super lucky to ever have them!!

The perfect family vacation spot!
This property was perfect for our large family. We had 23 people ranging in age from 1-77 and we never felt crowded. We put the pool and hot tub to good use and the kids enjoyed playing both inside and out. There was always something fun to do on the property but local attractions were just a beautiful drive away! The farthest we had to travel for an activity was an hour away (white water rafting on the Ocoee river) and it was well worth the time. Marcie was great and always answered questions quickly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for all ages in our family reunion
The house was very clean and there were many options for the children to play, including outside games and paddling in the pond. There is plenty of dining space which is also functional for board games and art projects. This is our second visit and intend to return again.

Amazing House
Our group travels at least once a year for golf and just to get together. This property was one of the best places we have rented. Marcie the property owner is also amazing to work with. She did check in with us to see if we needed anything. We will be back to this wonderful house.

Great time with the family
We had a large group (9 adults and 4 children). We never felt as though we were cramped or crowded at at all. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds. The kitchen is very well supplied. One of the ovens was not working but we have heard that the oven has now been fixed. We also had trouble getting the TV in the family room to connect with sound in the family room but my son in law was able to connect it to his home cable and we got sound. The property manager was always accessible and would drop whatever she had going on to come help us out. We had snow the weekend of our visit so the outdoors and hot tub were awesome. If you ever wonder where to place coolers or drinks or food there are plenty of signs throughout the house telling you what to do. Great location for large groups.

Lookout Mountain
My family and I had an awesome week in Lookout Mountain. The house was beautiful, loved the pool. The only issue we had was when the owner would stop by to clean the pool, hot tub or do something else. We wish they would have come early in the morning before we got up and moving. The owners are very nice but it kind of interrupted our day.

Guests always get to choose clean time for Pool & Hotub and get a text about it. This guest told us 2 days they did not want pool & Hotub cleaned - and those days were skipped -we were texting about their preferred time .

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Amazing Place
This house and the host were great. The description gives it no justice. It was beautiful. There were plenty of beds and space for my group of 16. We didn’t even use the guest house. but it was there if we needed to. We enjoyed the fire pit and just sitting outside. The hostess was very informative and super sweet on the day of checkout. I would definitely book this gorgeous house again.

Awesome family reunion
We had 18 people meeting in the middle of two states. We discovered this property and it was perfect. The kids had endless fun with the pond, pool, and many other activities like ping pong, fooseball, volleyball and so on! They set up for the house was great. We put the girls in one of the bigger rooms, the boys in another and the couples and singles had rooms to themselves. Great set up! We really enjoyed the house and property.

Marcie is fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. Quick response time with any issues regarding the house with quick resolution! The house is beautiful and the property surrounding it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. LOTS of FUN games/activities provided. Pool, jacuzzi and pool deck are beautiful, water temp is great. There was plenty of room and the event venue connected to the house is easy to make beautiful because it already is before decorations are added!

Perfect Large Capacity Vacation Stay
This is our second time booking this house. The host is friendly and polite. Communication and accommodations to our needs were met. The house is well equipped and prepared for a variety of guests to stay and enjoy the Chattanooga Area. We had 20 people in the house and were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed a second visit. We plan to book a possible fall vacation and will be booking again next year for our annual family reunion.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Fantastic property
This house was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for a wedding and was looking for a place large enough to fit around 15 people and not feel to cramped. Marcie was always available via phone for any questions we had. We will definitely keep this house in mid for our next trip.

Dream vacation
We love everything about this place. First of all, it was immaculate when we got there. It was the perfect spot for a reunion of 11 people. We didn’t use half of the space available as the home is huge. The bedding was comfortable and abundant. The kitchen offered everything one could want. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed walking around the pond We didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool since it was October when we visited but it’s absolutely beautiful. The only suggestion we have at all is that it would be helpful to have a staircase railing from the upstairs bedroom that goes down to the laundry room. We all would stay there again in a heartbeat. Any questions we had at all we found the answers just a telephone call away. The owner is very responsive. Beautiful property, beautiful home and very convenient location to all of the Lookout mountain entertainments.

Perfect Family Getaway
Beautiful home with plenty of room for all the family! The home’s layout made it to where we can all be together but yet not right on top of each. The outdoor areas which are lovely were also perfect with the fire pit, hot tub and pool situated where we could move from one to the other & enjoy family time! Owners are also very accessible, kind & accommodating. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

Great vacation home!
The property is a great place for large groups to stay while seeing all the sites in the Chattanooga area. It has charm and all the amenities. We had 4 families meet at the property and everyone had a blast with the pool, pond, hot tub, fishing, ping pong, foosball, and fire pit. Seven teenagers were occupied inside and out, having fun, and not stuck with their heads in a phone. The property was close enough where we visited 2 sites (aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline,...) each day and spent rest of the time at the house. This was a trip with lasting memories of a great vacation.

Wonderful stay!
We had a large group, some familiar with the area, some from California, NYC, and Florida. Our ages ranged from 1 to 78. Everyone loved the place. If it's your first trip to Chattanooga, your stay is very close to some of the most worthwhile tourist spots. If you want to get into town, it's only 10 miles or so. If you'd rather hang out by the pool, It's a very private and quiet property to spend the whole week. Marcie is very communicative and helpful with anything. Everyone would like to come back!

Great place to stay!!
The property was beautiful and the house was spectacular! Marcie was great at making sure we had everything that we needed and was very prompt in answering our calls and getting stuff to us if we had any requests. The house had everything that we needed for our large extended family and was spacious enough that we all had our own places to go. There are so many things to do from fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, basketball, etc that you don't even need to leave the property! Thank you again Marcie for making our bittersweet family trip a great memory!

Beautiful place. Great experience.
The house was beautiful and was in a beautiful setting. Lots of room for a big group. We had a group of seniors in high school stay there and they all had a blast. Everything we needed was there for our use. Marcie was incredible to work with. We plan on going there again next year.

A family memory not soon forgotten
Our family had a great weekend. The home is was perfect for what we needed for a family reunion. 9 adults and 7 children -- oldest child was 7. Plenty of room and great gathering places. Fun activities at the house and easy access to all that Chattanooga has to offer families. Marcie is a great host and insured we had everything we needed. She even checked on by text while there. We highly recommend this house. Private, quiet, fun and lots of space. Greatest recommendation is from the kids -- they all wish to return again!

Perfect for families
We had our extended family together for a few days in Chattanooga and this location was perfect. Lots of rooms and lots to do on the property. It was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend for groups. The owner was very attentive and helpful.
