About 3 km from Loro Ciuffenna lies this wonderful property in a panoramic setting with breathtaking views of the Valdarno and the hills and mountains of Chianti. The old farmhouse, dating back to the 1300s, now offers the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation in an unspoiled landscape. The main farmhouse has 2–3 stories; on the middle floor is the living area with a kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, and terraces on both sides—perfect for enjoying the sun in the morning and evening, or for finding shade when needed. Across from it, just a few meters away, is an annex with a sauna, shower, and bathroom. On the lower level, with separate access, is a self-contained apartment featuring a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Three additional bedrooms with two bathrooms are located on the upper level. In front of the house, on the spacious panoramic terrace, you can relax in the hot tub while gazing into the distance. A path leads to the pool area (80 m), with a sun deck and gazebo; there is also a lovely guest cottage for two people here. There is also a barbecue area and games for children and adults. Private, unpaved access road (200 m).<br>There are also plenty of ways to get around: either on foot, hiking through the cool mountains of Pratomagno (1,600 m), or by bike, following the ancient “Setteponti” road that connects Arezzo (30 km) to Florence (50 km). By car, in about an hour, you can easily reach these two cities, as well as Siena and the towns of Chianti. There’s no need to list the wonderful museums in Florence and Siena… but Loro Ciuffenna itself is a charming little town where you can go shopping, have a cappuccino at a café, enjoy an aperitif in the square, and, if you’d like, take a dip in the cool waters of the picturesque stream that runs through the town.
