Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers - Puerto Marina-complex met uitzicht op zwembad

Na een appartement van Punto Prima tot Mojacar te hebben gezocht, hebben we dit vakantiehuis gekozen vanwege de fantastische locatie. Minder dan 30 minuten rijden van de internationale luchthaven van Murcia (RMU) en minder dan 1 uur van de internationale luchthaven van Alicante. Het is een wandeling van 5 minuten naar een brede boulevard met veel goede bars en restaurants, waar internationale gerechten worden geserveerd. Het is een wandeling van 10 minuten naar de prachtige lange zandstranden en het ondiepe warme water van de Mar Menor. Het appartement ligt ook op loopafstand van verschillende supermarkten.

Perfect voor gezinnen en koppels, het is een zeer populaire badplaats onder de Spanjaarden. Het resort beschikt over een lange, met bomen omzoomde promenade met typisch Spaanse strandbars en restaurants. Het staat bekend om zijn watersporten vanwege de veilige ondiepe wateren en ligt dicht bij tal van golfbanen.

Ons appartement met airconditioning op de tweede verdieping heeft toegang via een lift of trap. De hellingen rondom het complex (inclusief het zwembad en de poorten) maken het ideaal voor al onze gasten met beperkte mobiliteit. Het appartement is 110m2 groot, een van de grootste op dit veilige beveiligde complex. Het is goed uitgerust voor uw comfort om er een vakantiehuis van huis te maken. De keuken heeft een Amerikaanse koelkast met vriesvak, 12 instelling vaatwasser, wasmachine, magnetron en elektrische kookplaat. Er zijn drie tweepersoons slaapkamers met inbouwkasten die voldoende opbergruimte bieden. De slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed met een eigen badkamer en douche. De grote, prachtig betegelde familiebadkamer heeft een bad met een douche en een scherm. Er zijn twee andere slaapkamers, elk met twee eenpersoonsbedden, die verplaatsbaar zijn. De open woonkamer heeft een grote eettafel met 4 stoelen. Het heeft ook comfortabele stoelen om te ontspannen. We hebben Engelse tv (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 en nog veel meer) en bieden internettoegang via beveiligde Wi-Fi.

Het terras kijkt uit over een van de drie prachtige zwembaden en heeft een SSW-oriëntatie. Er is een gas-BBQ, een tafel met 6 stoelen. We hebben ligbedden verstrekt samen met de opvouwbare beklede stoelen. Ze kunnen worden gebruikt in het zwembad of op het strand.

We hebben een kinderstoel en reiswieg voor onze jongere gasten

U hebt geen auto nodig om hier van uw vakantie te genieten, want alle voorzieningen zijn binnen handbereik. Waarom geen fietsen huren om tijdens uw verblijf te gebruiken? De omgeving is erg vlak waardoor het ideaal is om te fietsen.

Stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in July along with my partner, son (2 year old) and other family members. Excellent communication before we went. The apartment itself was fantastic with lots of home touches - by far the best apartment we have rented in Los Alcázares. 3 pools to choose from and no problems getting space near the pools for the sun loungers. Air con was very much appreciated as it was a heatwave whilst we were there. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Apartment

This apartment is in a great location and suitable for wheelchair acess, with a fully functioning lift and walk in shower. The apartment is spacious, lovely and clean with a homely, cosy feel to it, with a great view overlooking one of the pools. The beds were so comfy, great nights sleep! It has a well equiped kitchen and working gas BBQ. The owners have thought of everything you would need to enjoy your stay, and make your holiday stress free. The outside facilities were fantastic, grounds well maintained, and everyone was friendly, just a lovely atmosphere. Great communication with Gordon & Sue will definitely be back. Thank You.

Hemos pasado 8 noches en este magnífico apartamento y todo ha sido perfecto. Era nuestra tercera visita a Los Alcazares y sin duda es el mejor apartamento en el que hemos estado. Esta en una urbanización privada cerrada y con vigilancia durante las 24 horas. Dispones de 3 piscinas comunitarias. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Tiene todo el menaje y la ropa de cama que puedas necesitar. Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios para la playa o la piscina . Tiene hasta un pequeño botiquin por si tienes algún percance durante tu estancia. Los supermercados y la zona de ocio se encuentran a 5 minutos de distancia andando. Si volvemos a Los Alcazares será sin duda nuestra primera opción.

We are familiar with Los Alcazares but this is our first stay in Puerto Marina apartments. I can height recommend the apartments which are are secure and well maintained. The pools are lovely and always clean with plenty of room for sun beds. We had a 7 month baby and a 7 year old with us and our apartment catered perfectly for our needs…. The air conditioning in the apartment was a must.

El apartamento cumple todas las expectativas, además de corresponderse con la descripción del propietario. El complejo turístico es muy interesante, ya que dispone de varias piscinas, solarium y servicio de limpieza y seguridad es muy completo. Muy recomendable, especialmente en estos momentos donde prima la distancia social. La atención del propietario muy correcta, contestando rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas y consultas. El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades y rápidamente te puedes sentir como en tu casa. Muy recomendable.

Buen apartamento para vacaciones familiares

Nos ha gustado mucho este apartamento. Tiene 3 dormitorios grandes, 2 baños completos, espacioso salón, y mejor que nada un balcón con vistas a la piscina donde hemos podido ver los niños (8+, sabiendo nadar) bañándose. Muy cerca de las playas del mar menor, aunque requiere coche. Tuvimos todo lo que hacía falta durante nuestra estancia, incluyendo hamacas para la piscina/playa. Todas las piscinas en el complejo (hay 3) tienen zona para niños más pequeños, también.

A real home from home in a great location

We stayed here early August and I can honestly say this is the best place we have ever stayed in Los Alcazares. Everything from start to finish was well organised and was kept in touch with every step of the way by the owners Gordon and Sue. Once we landed we phoned Linda when we left the airport and was met by them outside the apartment and she showed us around the complex. When we entered the apartment you could see the quality everywhere you looked and was shown around (and told the kids where to find the WIFI password). We had a wonderful week away in the pools and in local bars, restaurants (5 mins away) and even had a trip up to Benidorm. Worst part was the last day, unfortunately we had to leave and Linda met us with enough cleaning products to give Kim and Aggie a run for their money. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough and if possible will be staying here again. Thanks Gordon, Sue and Linda

We had an amazing stay at this apartment!

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay at this apartment! The place is absolutely beautiful and would even go so far to say that the pictures don’t do it enough justice! It really is a home away from home. The living area is perfect and the couches are really comfortable for relaxing. The bathrooms are super and the beds are very comfortable. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Great communication with the owners with quick replies to all queries. The key holder Linda who met us was really lovely and we knew had we encountered any problems that there was someone we could contact immediately - thankfully there were none. The WiFi is strong. The complex is immaculate and very secure. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to the main area where the shops, restaurants, bars and beach are located. We hope to rent this apartment again.
