We had a overall great experience. All the staff were nice and helpful. I would say its in a good locations lots of food options around as well a shopping center at a good walking distance.

Everything was perfect! The detail on the tv welcoming me was a really cute and nice touch. The room size was perfect, the beds super comfortable and the attention was the best. It’s close to many public transportation options, shops and restaurants. I had a really good time here.

The hotel is nice. The parking folks were awesome. The fees were ridiculous. The restaurant was overpriced. The room next door had a dog that barked all night so I checked out a day early. The police were in the room across the hall. I was traveling solo so I was afraid. 300$ fee at checkout was a shock- a list of made up taxes. I won’t stay again , but it is centrally located and clean. Went across street to Ritz. Felt safer and no hidden cost.

We were in town for an event at the LA Convention Center, which is only a 5 min walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The downside: rooms are not insulated so we had trouble sleeping. The hotel seemed short-staffed during the weekend. Daily fee of $55 for valet parking is way too much! We will look for another option next time we are in town.

traveled with family nice place, no microwave or hot water in suite kinda sucks. easy to walk to places but hard to get out in the morning if not familiar with the streets or area, could be confusing. I thought I had paid for all services via expedia minus parking but to my surprise, I got a "destination charge of $30 USD" on check out, must have miss that fine print somewhere. kinda a bummer as I wasnt expecting that and none of my other hotels I booked for my trip had such charge.

The only thing i did not like its that they told us that the only parking they have is valet and that is not true, they have self parking.

The property and staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and the hotel was right across the street from the Crypto Center which made the getting to and from the game a breeze. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the hidden destination fee of $38 which wasn't disclosed until after checkout.

Rude morning staff, restaurant not open on time… lack of hospitality. Spend the extra money and stay at a Marriott property. I’ll never do a “boutique” hotel again after this experience. Rooms were clean though and the staff cleaning rooms were sweet but the rest of the staff… bruh

What we liked: It's a great central location walking distance to restaurants, crypto arena, peacock theatre etc. The staff and pleasant, and the rooms were clean. What we didn't like: The noise from the street carries into the room and it is LOUD. The music from the Grammy museum was so loud, I couldn't sleep. Stopped around 1230am. I would suggest getting a room that doesn't face the S Figueroa street and pack earplugs just in case. We would also have appreciated more amenities. The room did not have a bath tub, microwave or table to eat in room meals. Overall, we recommend this hotel. The positives outweigh the negatives. It's a $10 uber ride to union station where we took the Flyaway bus to LAX.

スタッフさんたちがとにかく素晴らしかった。みなさん優しくて笑顔が印象的だった！！ お湯を沸かせるポットがあれば更によかった。 ホテル前のお店が楽器を演奏しており、夜中に爆音が鳴り響いていた。隣の音も結構丸聞こえ？のような感じでした。あとはリゾートフィーなるものが毎日かかるので割高かもしれません。 それでもスタッフの優しさが素晴らしく気になりませんでした。

It was extremely close to the concert we wete attending. The check in person was great, later found out he was the manager because he was the only good part of my encounter with the service people. The room was clean smelled great, no noise. The card for the room was so difficult after initially getting in the room. It took us so many tries to get into the room we almost had to go to the front desk, which may not seem like a big deal but, we were there for one night, it got deactivated too easily. The day we were checking out I'm in the on my way up to get the last of my things before leaving the elevator would not register my card. I fonslly went to the desk, explained i need to check out and my card wont work. The clerk asks me where i had the card and decided to give me this full explanation why it wasnt working. I was already very frustrated and said firmly I am checking out i need my card to work on the elevator, i don't know where i have stored my card, i am leaving. I didnt want a lecture, maybe that should have been explained at check in that the cards can be deactivated easily. I had already had to deal with the rude lady at the hotel breakfast, and last night at the bar. There is not enough space here. The manager Adrian I believe he ssid his name was is the only reason I would return or recommend anyone. He had excellent customer skills, and listened enough to me . Oh and the valet when we were leaving.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean, stayed on 4th floor pretty quiet. Walking distance to Crypto Arena. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The only thing they don’t offer free parking only valet which I paid $55. Other than that I highly recommend this location you won’t be disappointed!
