The Best Western Airport Plaza Inn looks surprisingly luxurious in an environment which is anything but inspirational. Having said so there are malls, laundromats, a Friday, a Ralph and a Starbucks!
As for service, this varies which each person each day. There’s kitchen staff which is nearly rude and obviously do not care and there are those who open windows for ventilation, which is crucial with the Corona virus and go above and beyond.
Some (if not most) don’t care about my allergies (I brought my own breakfast being warned in advance fortunately), others do make sure I can eat at least somewhat.
I had to change rooms. One moment it was you need to check out and cannot checkin till two, the next moment I got pleasantly surprised that they had prepped a room so I could move straight away.
Other staff is utmost friendly, helping me out with turning the tab on from the shower for instance. As a matter of fact most our really friendly
Shuttles leave once an hour. If you’re at the airport you need to call. Be sure you’re capable of doing so if you’re from abroad.
The hotel looks clean. They clean the room daily, providing clean towels. There’s also a hot tub, but you need to know about this.
They cannot get a hold of disinfectant so missing everywhere in the hotel.
