Located in the heart of Pasadena with excellent walkability. Just a short walk to Old Town, restaurants, shopping centers, and the metro station.
Safe neighborhood, quiet yet central. The unit is clean, bright, and fully furnished with all essential amenities.

We take great care of our space and do our best to accommodate our guests in the hope that you cherish and enjoy it as your own home during your visit.

For your convenience, we offer flexible self check-in with a smart lock, allowing you to check in easily at any time. just use the provided code for a smooth, secure arrival.

PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

We ask you to kindly REMOVE YOUR SHOES when inside the home as we set up for your comfort organic floorings like the lamb skin and the tatami pad other than the concrete floor which we also get down on our knees to hand mop.

Please be respectful of our space and its surroundings as well as our working professional neighbors. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside or outside of the unit. If smoking is detected we will deduct $300 from the deposit.

ADDITIONAL GUEST
*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking
* No Overnight Guests other than those in the name list provided at the time of booking. If you have additional guests joining you please ask for exception ahead of the time so we can account for accommodations / amenities (i.e. extra towels, more pillows, shampoo...etc)
*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the additional hour

PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed. (That includes vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. If smoking is detected we will charge $1000 and ask you to move out immediately.)

ADDITIONAL INFO
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater , Lights, & Appliances Off before leaving home.
-There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
-All**TRASH** needs to be **BAGGED and TIED** before dropping them down the trash chute.
-Please do not unplug, move, or modify any equipment in the property, including WiFi routers, internet cables , power cords, or other connected devices.
Unauthorized changes may affect the functionality of the home systems. If assistance is needed, please contact us directly.
-We schedule **Mandatory maintenance** alternating weekends for replenishment of amenity items and light cleaning; you can opt to be there or not, depending on your preferences.

PARKING INFORMATION & REMINDERS
*Please note there's NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING if you're driving. Please make sure you don't get a ticket. There are overnight parking allowed 1~2 blocks away, both east and west side of our street but you must read the signs to find ones allowing overnight parking.
* Visitors who are driving / renting a vehicle need to know that Pasadena City does not allow overnight parking 2am - 6am on the street in the front of the building; however one can park overnight just 1~2 blocks away. If you have the need please research more, check signages with due diligence where you park.
