Geen goede plek om te overnachten, geen enkele service als hotel en het ligt vlak naast een snelweg wat heel veel geluidsoverlast waardoor we niet konden slapen, dit is ook niet vermeld op de website van expedia wij zijn na een nacht naar een ander hotel gegaan.

The property was very dirty and overwhelming smells. No coffee in room. One always empty vacuum pump coffee in the lobby at "beakfast" time. "Fully equipped" kitchen had no utensils, glasses or cookware. No shampoo or soap in room. Bathtub would not drain and still had water in it 2 hours later. We would NOT stay here again.

Our original room had a broken lock, the TV was not functional, the sheets had humongous stains, so I had asked to switch rooms because this was unacceptable, the next room they put me in, had mold all over the ceiling. I was coughing bad from the mold & it triggered my asthma, the AC unit smelled like it was blowing out mildew, not to mention the hallway smelled like cigarettes, and there were people smoking something other than cigarettes right outside the front of this place. We did not even complete our stay due to it being detrimental to my health. We told the front desk girl that we would not be completing our stay and she told us that she could not check us out and that we would have to still pay for our entire stay and that she would leave a note to say that we left early. After this, we called, the customer service number to get our money back and show them all of the pictures of proof that we have in case they wanted it but they told us that the general manager would call us within 48 hours which she or he never did. We called again to complain about them not calling us, to which, then they said that they would have the district manager call us within 48 hours which again now the district manager did not call us either. So today I called again and they said that all they could see is that the manager responded in a note saying that we never asked to switch rooms and that we did not leave early, which is all lies. I will be reporting everything to the BBB

The place felt run down! People were cooking inside their room and the smell was hideous! the carpet is old, beds were not comfortable and felt old. The drain in the shower was not working and water was slowly draining. It was a terrible experience and definitively not worth the money they charged for the room, this was comparable to a very cheap motel at best.

Th hotel is too old and the furniture and condition are too old. First night on Friday the room had fridge too noisy so that I can't sleep week. Staff changed another room for me starting Saturday but the room window can't close and the room is next towards to the highway. Extreme noisy so can't sleep at all. Staff can't call in maintenance guy to repair window until Monday so I had to stay two nights with the issue and no rooms available for change over that weekend. Good thing is the staff refunded one night rate. I had my three nights disappointing and annoying and wasted my vacation time.

Did the job, but was unaware you had to request literally everything you'd need/want (shampoo, utensils, pans.) Room has a stove and fridge, so was convenient IF you bring all the essentials for cooking. Room did not come with a DO NOT DISTURB sign, but doesn't seem like housekeeping goes into booked rooms unless requested. Room had some crumbs in the floor when we first walked in. Employees seem to be trying their best and seemed shortstaffed, but were friendly enough. Parking lot had a few questionable people in the parking lot, so wish there was more security at night. The "included breakfast" was just coffee and granola bars, so I wouldn't call it breakfast. Overall, did the job for a place to sleep, but likely won't come back for my own feelings of lack of safety.

The receptionist ignored for 5 or more minutes on our arrival and then was very curt. The room was not ready when we entered. (The maids were very courtesy) The counter top, bathroom and furniture was in need or repair or replacement. The Ad in Travelocity said Breakfat was included. Breakfast was a muffin, granola bar and coffee. Definitely not what we expected.
