Strike
When we arrived at 8pm the room wasn’t ready yet, due to a strike of the housekeeping staff. The front desk couldn’t give an estimate of when the room would be ready. By 10pm the room was cleaned. There are a lot of airline crew in the hotel, those rooms were cleaned first. (Which I understand) The kitchen chef was also on strike, so the breakfast was limited. As a compensation they gave us complementary parking ($30/day), which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the workers on strike started protesting in front of the hotel early in the morning which woke us up early. So we were not adequately rested. The front desk staff was very supportive and friendly. It could have been a nice stay because the hotel and room looks nice, is comfortable and clean. But due to the inconvenience of the strike, it was not worth the money we paid.

Prima maar te duur
Ik verblijf op de achtste verdieping West Tower en had een erg grote kamer. Erg efficient onthaal en check in. De kostprijs van de kamer is echter veel te hoog.

That room had mold in it. And our shower exploded up from the drain and left it so you couldn’t even step in the bathtub! We contacted the hotel and they said they would issue a refund but it could only be done through Expedia. Keeping our fingers crossed it happens, it was so gross!!

Staff were great and attentive. Upon checking in was give a room that had a faulty facuet. There were also ants on 1 of the bed and in the bathroom. The AC was also not working/ staff were great to move me to another room once there was one available.

The property itself was conveniently located near the airport, with a shuttle service. Lots of fast food options nearby as well as a supermarket. Whilst I had a problem with my room, the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. It’s close to the airport, has a grocery store across the street, and a variety of fast food options in walking distance. It was also very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue was that the coffee machine in the room didn’t work.

Racism shuttle bus. The complementary shuttle driver asked tips only from us Asians. I told it at the front desk, but they just said "the shuttle is complementary." I strongly recommend tourist from Asia to avoid this hotel. They ONLY ask Asians for tips.

Do not recommend this hotel. The location was not the best and the parking lot was separate from the hotel and in a lot that felt unsafe. The hotel room was dirty with black stains on the walls and white curtains with black all over them. The bathroom was also very dirty and overall the place was dirty and felt unsafe. I checked out 20 minutes after checking in because I did not feel comfortable staying the night there.

Close to LAX and the shuttle was great. The free breakfast was very good. A short walk to a few restaurants in the area. It would be nice to have one on the property, but we made do.

This property was everything we needed for a one night stay with kids. Close and convenient to LAX and clean facilities and good breakfast spread in tge morning.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y siempre me había gustado, en esta ocasión me tocó un cuarto que olía mal, además por su ubicación se escuchaba mucho ruido por el callejón, el desayuno está bien y muy útil para salir temprano de trabajo, muchas opciones para comer cerca, gasolinera y super justo enfrente

Our stay with family of 4 for one night in this hotel was awesome. Front desk staff so friendly, efficient and informative. Airport shuttle was on time and will definitely stay again in this hotel. Breakfast was also good.
