Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We didn’t venture out in the hotel much outside of our room and the lobby so I don’t have much feedback of the overall appearance of the hotel, but our room was clean and it was nice. The staff at the front desk was polite and the couple of times I had to speak with someone over the phone, they were accommodating and polite as well.
The only drawback for me personally about the room was while the bathroom was clean and spacious I would suggest a towel rack being put in the rooms. Especially when you know that there’s more than one person in the room. There was only one hook for a towel to be hung so it made it a little challenging for that. Also an extra couple of hooks inside of the shower for people who use more than one towel to bathe would be helpful. Also, the sink in our room had a slow drain so almost 5 seconds into turning on the water, the sink would fill up. Lastly, I would suggest a shower liner in addition to the shower curtain just to avoid the cloth being inside of the shower and to help prevent water getting on the floor. Other than that, everything was nice. They have a shuttle that runs about every 15 minutes or so to and from the Universal Studios theme park which was great. I know it’s a far reach, but it would be nice if they had an airport shuttle as well.
